The Elemental Gods

"Where in the world are we?" Said Evan as he and the others began to look around at the unknown place they found themselves in.

"I think its heaven." Said Nux.

"If this is heaven, then why are we still girls?" Said Johnny.

"This is the Spirit Realm." Said a fire spirit.

"The Spirit Realm? What's that?" Asked Hirito.

"This is the world we spirits come from." Said a light spirit.

"Basically, it's our home." Said a wind spirit.

"That makes sense. Now what makes no sense is how we got here." Said Animak.

"That's right. The last thing I remember is the immortal being telling us to hold hands while Verkonis was getting ready to send us into oblivion." Said Hirito.

"I can explain." Said Zomok as he transformed back into a dragon. "The immortal being used a high level transportation technique that transcends worlds to save us from Verkonis."

"How is that even possible? To pull that off he must have needed a tremendous amount of magical energy. But most of what he had was taken by Verkonis." Said Briggs.

"The immortal being used part of his life force energy to do that."

"I see. Being immortal sure has its perks." Said Johnny.

"I am afraid it is not that simple. It is true that the immortal being can live forever. But there is one thing that can kill him. And that is when his life force is at stake. Since he lacked magical energy, he used his life force and converted it to magic."

"So, he used up all his life force in that transportation technique?" Asked Briggs.

"Not quite. He used half of it to transport us here. The other half was used to unlock your Celestial Levels."

"CELESTIAL?!!" Said everyone is shock.

"Yes. While transporting us here, he told you all to hold hands. He not only used that link to transport all of us here, but also to unlock all your Celestial Levels at once instead of individually."

"That is amazing." Said Nux.

"Which means that if we are all in our Spirit Forms…" Said Recon.

"Yes. You will all be at the Calamity Level." Said Zomok.

"But what happened to the immortal being after we left?" Asked Briggs.

"I am sorry to say that the immortal being is no more." Said Zomok.

"What?!" Asked Evan.

"I thought so." Said Dono.

"To transport us to another world is no easy feat. But transporting us to the Spirit Realm is a feat worthy of a god." Said Zomok.

"How come? Isn't the Spirit Realm just another world like ours?" Asked SOS.

"The Spirit Realm is indeed another world. But it is a world that exists past our dimension. A world that transcends our concept of reality, space and time. The Spirit Realm was created by the Alpha himself and entrusted to the six Elemental Gods. And those are the god of fire, Ifrit, the goddess of water, Leviathan, the god of wind, Aeolus, the goddess of earth, Gaia, the goddess of light, Aurora and the god of darkness, Erebus. They rule over the Spirit Realm and with the Alpha's help, they keep it sealed from outsiders. Only those with ties to the Spirit Realm can come to this world."

"So, the immortal being must have had connections with this realm." Said Tekking.

"It would seem so."

"Well, now that we know all this, where do we go from here?" Asked Recon.

"That's right. We need to find a way back as soon as possible. Because it would seem that Verkonis found his next target." Said Animak.

"Earth." Said Evan.

"I don't know why he wants to go there. He was saying something about the planet having magical energy on par with the Spirit Realm." Said SOS.

"But that's impossible. If the Earth had magic, we would know about it." Said Hirito.

"Exactly. There are stories about magic. But those are nothing more than stories." Said Johnny.

"So what does he want to do with Earth?" Asked Tekking.

"Well, we're going to have to ask him ourselves." Said Recon.

"We will. Once we get out of here." Said Briggs.

"The question is, how do we get out?" Asked Animak.

"The only ways to get out are by either casting the same spell as the immortal being or having the Elemental Gods send you back." Said Zomok.

"Well then, we obviously don't know the spell, so all we can do is go talk to the Elemental Gods." Said Dono.

"Yes. That is the only option left." Said a fire spirit.

"But there is a problem." Said a wind spirit.

"There is a rule that does not allow outsiders into this realm." Said a light spirit.

"What's more is that nobody has ever had an audience with the Elemental Gods without their permission first." Said a water spirit.

"So what do we do?" Asked Nux.

"I will talk to them myself. I have met them before" Said Zomok.

"That's reassuring. Now where do we find them?" Asked Briggs.

"We will need to travel to the center of the Spirit Realm. That is where the Elemental Gods are." Said a dark spirit.

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's get moving." Said Nux.

"Please climb on my back. I shall fly us there." Said Zomok.

"Awesome. Always wanted to ride a dragon." Said Hirito.

The ten then climbed Zomok and flew away. The Spirit Realm was truly amazing. Magic could be felt everywhere. The magic of the Spirit Realm was flowing into them better that it was when they were in Osval. And that was mainly de to the fact that that they were receiving magic straight from the source. And now that their Celestial Levels were activated, they were taking in more magic than usual. Thanks to that, their magic sense improved as well. They began to feel everything around them. They could sense everything with life. And as they drew closer to the center of the Spirit Realm, they began to sense six large magic sources. They have felt Verkonis' magic before. But this was different. They were warm and welcoming.

"There it is. The palace of the Elemental Gods." Said Zomok.

The ten looked ahead and saw a gigantic white and golden palace on an island in the middle of a giant lake. There were large green hills surrounding it and waterfalls on them. It looked like something out of a fairy tale.

Zomok flew towards the gates and landed. Two men came to meet him.

"Lord Zomok. We greet you. What brings you to the Spirit Realm?" Asked one of them

"Captain Sauros. Good to see you. I have urgent business with the Elemental Gods."

"Forgive us my lord, but as you know, no one can enter unless they are summoned by the Elemental Gods."

"Go and tell them that I need to speak to them at once. The whole universe is at stake."

"That may be the case, but surely that would not be threat to the Spirit Realm. We exist in a completely different dimension."

"Do you think I would come here if that were the case?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"If I don't get the Elemental Gods to act now, there will be no Spirit Realm left."

The man grew pale after hearing that statement. He rushed into the palace and after a few minutes, he returned.

"The Elemental Gods will see you now."

"Thank you. Follow me everyone."

"Lord Zomok, who are they?"

"They are our last hope to saving the universe."

The ten, followed Zomok and their elemental spirits into the palace. As they got to the throne room, they saw six beings siting on six thrones. They had human figures, but each of them had different characteristics that would make them different from normal humans. The god of fire, Ifrit, had his hair in flames and had a ring of fire behind him. The goddess of water, Leviathan, had a dress made up of water. The goddess of light, Aurora, had a halo and wings made out of pure light. The god of wind, Aeolus, had a cloud surrounding him. The goddess of earth, Gaia, had a crown of roses and a dress made up of flowers. The god of darkness, Erebus, had dark royal robes on and a dark shadow around him.

"Zomok. We are glad to see you after so long." Said Leviathan.

"Yes. It has been five hundred years since we last saw each other." Said Erebus.

"Indeed. Feels like yesterday." Said Zomok.

"Before we ask you why you are here, Zomok, I am sure you know our most sacred rules. What are these humans doing here?" Asked Ifrit.

"You may be a god, but this is the Spirit Realm. And we do not allow just anyone in." Said Erebus.

"Believe me. We would not have come here if it was not truly necessary."

"Then who are they and what brings you here?" Asked Aeolus.

"This human right here is my master. And these are his companions." Said Zomok.

Zomok then proceeded to tell them everything that has happened in the other world and about Verkonis' return.

"This is indeed quite troublesome." Said Aurora.

"If Verkonis finds his way here, then not even we can stop him." Said Gaia.

"What scares me the most is the planet Earth. He said that that world has magic on par with the Spirit Realm. And Verkonis is not someone to joke about that." Said Erebus.

"But where is all that magic and what does he plan to do?" Asked Hirito.

"Every world has a magical core that keeps the planet alive. What Verkonis is planning on doing is to go and consume the core of your planet. Which will result in the destruction of your world." Said Ifrit.

"And now that he has achieved the Universal Level, he will be able to do that." Said Zomok.

"Oh no." Said Recon.

"We need to stop him." Said Animak.

"What makes it worse is that once he does that, he will achieve the ultimate form. The Alpha Level. At that point, the only one left who could oppose him is the Alpha himself." Said Leviathan.

"We need to go and stop him now." Said Johnny.

"Yeah. We have unlocked our Celestial Levels. And in our Spirit Forms we will achieve the Calamity Level. The ten of us should be able to take him down now." Said Dono.

"Spirit Forms?!" Asked the gods in shock.

"You ten can undergo a spirit transformation?" Asked Gaia.

"Yes. We posses the ability to wield all six elementals." Said SOS.

The six gods looked at each other and then nodded in agreement.

"You ten are the only people across history in any world to be able to possess all six elementals." Said Aurora.

"Also, you being able to get to the Calamity Level won't be enough to stop him. The Universal Level allows him to have almost infinite magical energy. That can also be transferred." Said Erebus.

"His generals, the Ten Fatalities will have gotten a boost in their levels as well. So Verkonis is not the only threat." Said Aeolus.

"Damn. I completely forgot about them." Said Tekking.

"Furthermore, the gap between levels increases with every level." Said Ifrit.

"And the gap between the Calamity Level and Universal Level is extremely high. So high that even if you were at the Calamity Level in your normal form, the Spirit Transformation would not get you to the Universal Level." Said Gaia.

"Great. So what the hell are we going to do now?" Asked Animak.

"Fear not. For we have a plan." Said Aurora.

"Verkonis has proven to be a threat to the whole universe. Spirit Realm included." Said Leviathan.

"So we Elemental Gods have come to an agreement." Said Erebus.

The ten looked at each other wondering what the gods had in mind. One by one, the gods stood up from their thrones and bowed to the ten.

"Moe Crew. Each of you will from contracts with us and achieve the Universal Level." Said the six Elemental Gods.
