"System, do you know how fast I run just now?" Taking deep breaths Elliot tries to recover his stamina, even when he was tired his eye still shines from the rush he got.

"Right, cut me some slack here!" Elliot still has that big smile over his face after hearing his result, even though he got lectured by the system again.
"Then let's do the strength test now!" After Elliot recovers his stamina he starts to walk into the strength machine." He positions himself in front of the machine trying to copy from the video of other people doing the strength test on the school training ground.

"Hmm, how come it's so little? I think I already do it right the foot position, the arm stretches right into the target, even the sound of hitting louder than what my classmates give when they punch 1000kg++" Elliot keeps looking and repeating of what he remembers his friend throwing punches.

Elliot nods his head and starts walking to the cube again, he selects the physical trainer section. And he could see so many trainers that are separated into a few categories. flexibility trainer, strength trainer, agility trainers.
"System do you mind telling me what these trainers do? Why did they split into 3 sections?"
"As the host can see, the flexibility trainer will help you to make your body more flexible, while the word flexible here seems unimportant, it couldn't be more wrong. Imagine if you fight against someone that fighting you toe to toe, and suddenly he surprises you when dodging your punch to the side and suddenly kicks you with his foot while his position bent in a weird position? While the hit won't be as damaging as when he got good footing, that kick will upset your balance, and makes less experienced fighter to lose concentration."
". . . . maybe you're right." Elliot scrunches his eyebrows thinking what the system just says. It kinda makes sense, when two equally matched opponents fight each other those who lose composure will be the ones that lose. But how flexible that required here to use it in a fight?
"And the strength trainers will help you with building your muscle to be able to support your body for what's to come.
"As for the agility training trainer will help you with how you use your body whether it's attacking, dodging, or defending. While it seems simple only need to dodge, rush into the enemy, and hit them you will see how much different a fully trained fighter could do in a little span of space and time. Alright, that's what the host needs to know. for now, it's better for you to just know it by experiencing it with your body."
"So then system what should I go first? from all your explanations everything seems important? Can I do all three together?" Elliot got confused by the explanation from the system.
"Of course not, I suggest that you take flexibility training first. while the strength training might feel better because you can build muscle and make you felt strength overflow through your body without flexibility you will only become someone with a body full of muscle that you can use well. While agility training seems the same with flexibility training, the differences quite big especially when you run, and let's say someone suddenly attacks you from a different direction. with your flexible body, you could prepare to dodge the attacks with twirling your body and counter-attack them at the least expected moments"
Elliot comes to imagine his body become bulky and can't even scratch his back because of his muscle. And to see himself doing agility training running around fast but get hit if attacked from different directions. It seems that listening to the system advice going for flexibility training is the best way, why even I question the system.
"System I won't become those muscle head, right? With muscle all over my body." Thinking with his short body and full of muscle walking around in tight clothes makes him shudder from the horror.
"Of course not, being that muscular as you imagine it would be stupid. You will become the target everyone can kill you from your blind spot easily."
"righttttt...." Fyuh while bulking up might seems strong for some people, for him being used with skinny looks will make it awkward. Having muscle is alright as long his body doesn't bulk up like those gym boys

"System what's the difference from each trainer that you provide?" Seeing so many instructors available makes Elliot's finger keep choosing for the instructor.
"There won't be any difference, while they have their personal style of teaching. What they will teach will still be the same."
"Really? so it's save whoever I choose will still have the same result huh?" Seeing all kinds of people to choose makes Elliot more hesitant to choose anyone. After 5 minutes and the system watching Elliot keeps hesitating starts to annoy it."

After a few pages being switched system goes back into the first page and chooses the first one shown by the cube. The data only say Flexibility instructor number 1.
Elliot raised his eyebrow from what the system chooses, does the being the first on the list meaning that its the best training instructor? Or it something else?

"As I said before, the only difference is the training instructor own character, the thing they teach will be the same."
