RELATIONS FAIL
Last year of college years for Juan. He will graduate in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
"Help! No! No!
Juan is jogging outside the school campus going to the store to buy some coffee and bread after his regular morning exercise...
He overheard a voice but it's far from his location but the words are clear it asks for help.
He stopped, and analyze where could the sound came from then he see the grass moving in that direction. He thinks it could be a crime in progress.
He called his friends on the cellphone for back up, bring my bag and the motorcycle. He instructed his board mate, Peter. I'm here near Joni's store.
He ran to the direction, then he sees the motorcycle going to him. He gets his bag and ride at the back and said go to that direction.
When they reached it Juan said: "Stop!"
He then walks slowly and sees a girl naked covering her private parts, and a man running far behind the tall grasses, Juan gets his gun in its holster and shouted "Freeze!" But the man still tried to run, he shoots upwards, the man stopped. Juan called the Police for backup. He tries to bind the man with a plastic tie but the man punched him, he was hit slightly and not so strong, he hit the man with the back of his pistol and he fell. He tied his hands and feet.
He went to the naked lady and gave her his jacket and he let her wear it. The police arrived and arrested the man, the parents of the girl arrived and cried thanking Juan for saving their daughter. They went to the precinct to file a proper case.
He told his board mate to never tell anybody what happened.
As usual, school, work, and dormitory or the farm.
Then one night as he is studying, he heard some cars in front of the dormitory.
Screech... then three men came out from the car, he looked at the CCTV, they are armed with pistols approaching his room.
Juan had put a CCTV in front of the dormitory as advised by Mr. Rollo because he needs to be extra careful. and his phone is set up for if it's fast dials and connected to Police, PDEA, and the agency.
He called the three phone numbers with his fast dials and call for back up.
He then put extra support in his door silently with the table and its double lock.
He sees the three coming straight to his room. He wonders why it's so specific and why they know his location.
Juan gets his gun and covered himself in the concrete wall. Then the police arrived, the three were alarmed went back to there car to escape. But Mr. Rollo who arrived also identified the car and he drive after them, the police also following and called Juan never to get out of his room.
The three were killed but before they died, the police get the information who commanded them to attack the dormitory. They had the information that the board mate of Juan, who helped him in the rape case is the informant and is involved in drugs. So the police arrested him.
"Peter is a traitor? I can not believe it. We are friends, and I have helped him many times, I even lend him my bike on occasions and he also helped like yesterday."Juan said.
" The police said: "Maybe he was blackmailed but he was the one who tipped those drug lord's henchman about the rape and your cover as an asset.
Police Colonel Sanchez advised Juan to transfer residence. Mr.Rollo transferred Juan to a new apartment with CCTV and changed his motorbike with the same one but different color Now, black and gray.
"Who will pay for my new apartment sir?" Juan asked his boss.
"I will just add to what you are paying from your previous dormitory." His boss replied.
"Let's change your schedules from time to time, the pickup points, and the routes so they can not make a plan to hit you." Mr. Rollo instructed him.
"Yes Sir," Juan replied.
Juan asked Colonel Sanchez that he wants to talk to Peter, his board mate.
He was allowed to the investigation room.
"Peter, what happened, why?" Juan asked.
"Juan, I'm sorry, I'm being blackmailed that my family will die if I will not tip them who saved the girl. They see me when I bring the bike to you." Peter explained.
"Give us information who are they, so we can protect your family," Juan asked Peter.
Peter hand signaled him discretely that the camera and the police can't see. They have this hand signal as a hobby in the dormitory to talk secretly about their food, and anything they want only two of them can know.
Peter signaled that some police could have a connection with the drug lords, he said he must find an alias Agmad Koh and Michael Sang, they are the drug lords.
"No, I don't know them, Juan! Get out I don't want to talk with you anymore!" Peter shouting.
"If you will not cooperate then rot here!" Juan said and went out.
Juan realized he must be wise and be careful now. Drug syndicate is a rooted and well-connected organization that it's not easy to uproot them.
I need to penetrate the drug syndicate system. Juan finds all the friends of Peter who were involved in the drugs. He gets a confirmation who has a history with drugs from the PDEA and who knows Peter. He talks to them secretly, if they know Agmad Koh and Michael Sang using Peter as his reference. He gets a link that these people are well connected with some of the police.
Juan now can't trust anybody.
"I just need to finish my studies and get out of here." Juan now is making a strategy to identify who is involved in the police. He will use the agency, the guards, and the detectives as a network of his eyes and ears in the city.
He made a system of database style of classifying all the guards, detectives connected to the Rollo Agency in his phone book. They can call him any time they have information about who he is looking by giving them pictures who to look at. He gives incentives for data load, phone load cards, and grocery for more important information. It is just a sideline for the guards and the agency detectives they don't know the significance of the big plan of Juan. He ensures that the information is being classified and kept secret in his secret file with a password on his cellphone.
His ideas in mechanical engineering, computers, and data processing are helping him to organize things on how to make a system to classify information. He is making a study to centralize and how to connect all CCTV of the city that uses the internet. It needs a program to hack it and connect to its live streaming in real-time. This will be his personal project.
Juan practically lived like a ghost in the school, in the agency. He made a system that all the data can be submitted to him through his encrypted data processing and storage. He made three-layered security doors that he alone can open.
He does not need to personally go there, he prints the reports in the office for the hard copy. And the summary for the desk of his Boss, Mr. Rollo.
All the supervisors were happy with the new and modern system of reporting that made them safer and more discrete.
Juan was promoted by Mr. Rollo as Operations Manager. This new position gives him more power to get any information from the ground in real-time. He gathers all the supervisors, guards, private detectives, private investigators, and private auditors and lays down the secret system of information gathering, reporting and encryption in real-time using smartphones. All of them have call signs, hand language and maneuver to get information, and how to coordinate with the police and the local government agencies. Mr. Rollo is very pleased with the modernization, fast, and efficient methods of delivering the demands of their clients. The police are also happy, especially Colonel Sanchez of the help of the agency as a force multiplier to avert crime in the city.

Juan has now the goal to expose who are the police scalawags and convict them. He needs a solid relationship with the prosecution, law enforcement, and the judiciary. That is how to work in this world that money is a motive changer in many cases.
"Eagle1 I have seen the object 1 walking in the street here where I guard. What's your advice? This is Hawk12." A guard reported through text?
"Hawk12, Try to follow him in a distance and pass to the next station who is near the object to continue the lookout. Thanks, Eagle1." Juan replied.
When you don't yet know who is your real enemy and friend, and trust is based on money, benefits, and usefulness. Then it is a failed relationship.
