KATICHIKETA TAKUMA HOME

"This will be the third home for Alzheimer's patients." Katsuo talking to his engineer, and architect.

They arrived at the airport. Juan and Maketa fetched them with their Nissan Terra. They start to travel to Tagaytay, just after forty-five minutes, Katsuo felt the cool environment, then he saw someplace where the lake is seen, then when they arrived at the Sky Hotel, Juan called the owner. They are in their seventies, they greet and bowed, handshake with each other, then they sit. They talk for a while, introduced themselves, they ask what's the plan for the land.

"It will be used as a home for the aged. But this facility will focus on those who have Alzheimer's." Martha said.

"Wow! a charity project? I can give it for twenty Million, what do you think honey?" Turning at her old wife who just nods and smile.

"We will sell the land because we will migrate to Canada. My children are there, we have twenty acres of land there, we don't need much money and honestly, we will die soon. So I'm happy that we can help your project" A straight forward answer by the wife.

"That's good of you, we don't intend to buy this prime land so cheap that you may regret later or your children will accuse us of abusing you," Katsuo said.

"No, no, no, our children have received their shares of our estate. I have given them so much already that they will not care if we give this land away. But we are Ok with the thirty Million, we will accept that and the ten million will have a different paper as a donation to your project. I believe you also need funds for building the facilities. Who knows we will stay at this facility someday? Or visit this facility someday. So please, accept it for those with Alzheimer's. Thirteen of my friends died with that disease that's why we know." Mr. Albert Cruz said.

Katsuo told the lawyer to prepare the papers.

Then their conversation went deeper, Katsuo found out that Mr. Albert was a retired Pilot and her wife, Sophia was a businesswoman. Their children were only two all were married and all are working in Canada. They had five grandchildren.

"I'm just curious if you don't mind, may I ask are you related to each other?" Albert asked.

"Yes, she is my child, Maketa, these two are my grandchildren, referring to Juan and Jacky. These are my employees." Katsuo said.

"Tagaytay is a beautiful place, but I need to leave it for our children and grandchildren. So we will visit you here if God will still permit." Albert said.

"Honey, why not invite them to our house. so they can see the place." Sophia said.

"Yes, that's a good idea. While waiting for the papers to sign, let's go to the place, it's a walking distance actually. Albert said.

They walk from the Sky home hotel.

"Wow! this is the best!"Jacky said.

"I love it here! Maketa said.

They were offered chocolate from their cocoa plants. They enjoyed the view, the cool air, the Taal view.

"We will leave next month to Canada. I hope to see before we leave." Albert said.

"We will schedule staying here next week. Our surveyor will survey with our engineer and architect for the plan of the facility. We will start the building soonest, but before that, we will have groundbreaking.

The lawyer arrived, they signed the papers, and the cheque was given, the lawyer will process the transfer of title to Maketa foundation.

They stayed for a while, and they went outside holding hands they start to pray, Katsuo leads the prayer.

"Father, creator of heaven and earth, we adore you, we worship you.

We thank you for this place that you grant to be a blessing to those poor souls that needs your help. We pray you to give us the wisdom of how we can maximize the resources to glorify you. In Jesus Name, Amen." Katsuo opened his eyes and Albert and Sophia said, "Amen".

"Wow, Praise God, I was not wrong to feel that you had a heart because you had a God," Albert said.

I want to know, how millionaires like you have a God? Sophia said.

"I'm not a typical religious type, I once just don't care about religion, in my country most are Budda or other else. What changes my mind is my child's life, Maketa, how she lived, pray, and have faith that even the dirtiest can be clean brand new. If you let that God person in your life. I hesitated, then I was convinced, and I never regretted it. Me and my wife, have learned to love what she loved. We tried it, tasted it and liked it. Jesus can give you real peace, love, and hope that this world can never give. I don't preach, I just honestly give you my experience." Katsuo said.

"Me, I realized my many sins and I want forgiveness, peace, and that joy not dependent on things but with or without them I'm happy. I see this on her. She is poor before, but she is full of joy, peace, and as if she lacks nothing. With or without things, she is the same, she helps, she comforts, and she loved us. I want that freedom. If I lost everything, yes eventually, when I die but still I have peace, I'm happy. Jesus alone had given me real satisfaction. I want to do that to others also." Ichika explained her experience also.

"I have been searching for that a long time ago, but no one guides me how," Albert said.

"Jesus is a person, He is God who became man, for the main reason that he must die. Death is the payment for sin. The sin that makes us guilty and ashamed. Jesus takes our place, He died that the justice of sin is paid. He lived again so that we can live forever with Him, we like Him will be alive again because we are forgiven, the Bible said, I have it here in my phone, in John 1:12 "But as many as received Him, He gave power(or right)to be His child. Can you believe that?" Juan said.

"Ok I want that, how about you honey?" Albert said.

"I have been reading the Bible, but It made clearer to me to receive Him, it is by faith, right? I want that too." Sophia said.

"Then tell Him, pray to Him that you believe Him, you accept you are a sinner who needs Him as Savior, that you repent of that sin, now receive Him by faith. Can you do that?" Martha said.

"Yes!' Albert said and Sophia nodded.

"Ok, pray to Him personally, I'll guide you. Pray with me, Father, I'm sorry, I'm a sinner, Thank you for paying for my sin by your death, save me, I believe and receive you Jesus as my Savior. Amen," Katsuo prayed while Albert and Sophia joined the prayer.

They embrace and handshake, "We are now a family in Jesus." Jacky said.

"Thanks for all of you. I want to say, I'm so happy and we can help also your foundation and volunteer if the need and the capability arise. Be assured of that. We will not hold you long, Thanks" Albert said.

"I'm so happy today. This project has made me more accomplished and contented than all the business transactions I've done for the business before. Thank you, Jesus." Katsuo walking to the car and waved to the couple.

"This home will be the legacy that even if everyone forgets because of the disease, the feeling of joy in Christ can never be forgotten. I see that in Maketa before." Ichika said.
