Chapter 6.

Ryuchen felt a bit relieved when they suddenly heard a soft knock, two waiter came inside the room to bring their food.

They started eating when the food Chloe ordered was served, both of them are quiet while they were busy eating.

But sometimes Ryuchen can't help himself from glancing at Chloe which he surprisingly enjoys when he catches her glancing at him too. When their eyes meet, he couldn't help but wink at her which make her blushed in an instant. He was overwhelm with joy when he saw her red face and couldn't stop himself from smiling, he didn't realized that he enjoy teasing Chloe.

...She's so cute.

Ryuchen subconsciously stares at her pinkish lips while she was chewing her food, he suddenly had a desire to kiss her lips and thinking what is her lips tastes like. He couldn't take his eyes off her lips even when she sipped on the glass of water, he even feel envy on the water that touches his wife's lips.

Damn it!

Ryuchen lossen his necktie.

He suddenly had a desire to kiss her, but he refrained himself from doing that. He have to make things right between him and Chloe, so he doesn't want to do things that she will not like.

"Where do you live now?" he was the first to break the silence.

Chloe looked at him and swallow her food before answering, it was a simple gesture, but he couldn't help but be amazed of how modest she was.

"...Why?"

"You didn't go home, so I just want to know." he saw a bitter smile on her beautiful face, and remembered what happened to her when she went to their villa. "A-Are you staying with... Jason?"

"No." she instantly replied.

Ryuchen was relieved knowing that, he was sure of the relationship between Chloe and Jason. He doesn't want to think that they're lovers either, but because of some circumstances, he really couldn't get it out of his mind. 

They become quiet again, and turned back their attention on their foods. When they were about to finish eating, he heard Chloe speak.

"Can I asked a favor, Ryuchen?" she asked calmly.

Ryuchen's face brightened knowing that Chloe asking him a favor, but he frowned when he saw her took out a white envelope from her bag.

"What is this?" he asked, taking the envelope she had placed on the table.

But before he could even saw what was written on the paper inside the white envelope, he heard Chloe speak once again.

"Divorce paper, I already signed it."

"What?"

Ryuchen was stunned, he just stares at Chloe with his eyes wide open.

"Let's get a divorce, Ryuchen."

Chloe was calm and indifferent, like her decision was final and not willing to negotiate with him anymore.

"No!"

Ryuchen stood up immediately and approached her, he hugged her tightly.

"No, no, no. I will not sign that, Chloe. I don't want a divorce." he said, begging. He regretted that he didn't immediately apologized to her earlier. "I'm so sorry Chloe, please give me a chance, please. This time, I will make sure that I will change, I will never hurt you again. Please, please trust me."

He could no longer hold back his tears, he was afraid, afraid of losing her again for the second time. Ryuchen wants to replace all the bad things that happened to her in the past. He wants to know her completely, he wants to love her like the way she loved him before. She was his savior, his benefactor who save his life, and most importantly, she is his wife so he wants to give everything she deserved now.

But he can't do all of that if they will get a divorce.

Chloe couldn't help but sighed, she didn't thought Ryuchen would react that way if she asked him for a divorce.

She pushed away Ryuchen a little on his shoulder when she heard him sniff, she smile bitterly when she saw him crying. It was her first time seeing him crying and that isn't the reaction he usually do. She prepared herself for that day, she thought he will just accept their divorce indifferently and move on, but she was surprised because he's not acting like how she thought.

"Chloe, I'm so sorry." he said while looking at her, his tears kept flowing down on his cheeks. "I'm sorry."

 He looks like a mess, so she wipe his tears using her thumbs.

"Stop crying." she said.

She just continue to wipe his tears on his cheeks, to Chloe, he looks like a child at that moment who was scolded by his mother because he didn't behave.

After she dried his cheeks, Ryuchen stay still in front of her.

He was sitting like he was begging and hands on his knees, which made her smile and adores him of how cute he looks like.

"Are you all right now?" she asked him when she noticed that he calmed down.

"...Chloe, I'm really sorry." he said.

Chloe couldn't see his face because his head was bowed, but his voice sound full of regret. Her heart soften, she regret staying away from him for ten years and didn't expected that things will be hard for both of them in the end because of some circumstances.

She was about to speak when she heard someone opened the door, they turned their gaze to the door and saw Lyka.

There was a trace of shock on Lyka's face, but immediately darkened with anger after she saw them.

"Is this the important thing you're talking about, Ryuchen?" she said enraged. "You canceled our dinner with my friends just to meet this fucking bitch!"

Chloe noticed the four ladies standing behind Lyka, they were looking at her while whispering with each other. 

She sighed.

"What are you doing here?" Ryuchen asked, his face darkened.

Chloe often sees Ryuchen reaction like that when something happens to Lyka before, but she didn't expect that he would react to Lyka like that.

"How about that bitch, ha? What is that woman doing here in our private room?!" she shouted.

"Our?" he smirked but her face unreadable, but it was clear that he's mocking her. "I never dine here with you."

Chloe just listened to the two quietly, she didn't care about their problem and she was there because she just wants to get a divorce from Ryuchen and talk to him quietly.

She stood up form the zaisu she was sitting and was about to leave the room, but she suddenly stumbled when she step back because she saw Lyka was about to attacked her, but Ryuchen quickly grabbed her on her waist before she completely fall on the floor and protected her from Lyka's attack.

Ryuchen immediately turned to Lyka after he made sure that she's alright and grabbed Lyka's wrist.

"What do you think your doing!" Ryuchen said furiously.

"Let go of me, Ryuchen." Lyka said as she struggled to get her hands on Ryuchen's grip. "Do you think you can seduce Ryuchen, dream on you bitch! I will tell you this, you can't take Ryuchen away from me, Chloe. He's mine!"

Chloe was calm, she was used to her words she's throwing at her. But it's different now, she doesn't have to worry about what Ryuchen would says or think about her because she decided to divorce him, she wants to fight back now and let Lyka taste her own medicine.

"What are you talking about, Lyka?" Chloe said laughing, like mocking her.

"He's mine, Ryuchen is mine!" she shouted. "You have no right to seduce him, you can never take him away from me, Chloe! Never!"

"Looks like you lose some screw, Lyka." she smirked. "Ryuchen and I are married, and I am Ryuchen's legal wife... and between the two of us, you're the one who has no right."

She noticed that Ryuchen was staring at her while still holding Lyka's grip, she doesn't understand what he was thinking but she doesn't care. All she wanted now is how she make Lyka know her place.

"You're just married on the paper, but I am the one who's Ryuchen's love." Lyka smirked. "How many times have you warmed his bed, oh I forgot that he doesn't like to be with you on the bed. He disgust you-- Kyaaa!"

"ENOUGH!"

She saw Ryuchen pushed Lyka causing her to fall on the floor, she couldn't even feel pity on her because she knew, she crossed the line.

"...R-Ryuchen." Lyka was shocked.

"The more I listen to you run your mouth, the less I can believe my ears!"

Even Chloe got goosebumps when she saw Ryuchen's reaction, his face was full of hatred and resentment that she never saw in her life. Meanwhile, Lyka's face was pale and looks terrified, like Chloe, she doesn't used to see Ryuchen like that, or just she thought.

"I never touched you nor even think of sleeping on the same bed with you." he said, his face was dark as he looked at Lyka. "I admit that I wronged Chloe, and I regretted everything that I had done to her."

"Ryuchen..." she saw Lyka was crying. "I... I'm sorry, I didn't mean--."

"Chloe is my wife, and you have no right to talk to her like that."

Ryuchen approached her, and she looked at Lyka who was crying on the floor.

She's the one who started the mess, but now she's crying like she was the victim once again. But this time, no 'Ryuchen' came to her rescue or comforted her.

Chloe didn't think that Lyka's fall would be so easy, perhaps if she had fight back from the beginning, all the insult and humiliation would not have happened to her.

Ryuchen hold her hands and looked at her with full of worry on his eyes.

"Are you all right?" he asked. "Let's get out of here."

She nodded and Ryuchen carefully pulled her hand to get out of the room, she even saw Lyka was looking at her sharply before they left.

Lyka was left inside the room, she couldn't believed that Ryuchen was able to get mad at her like that in front of her friends because of Chloe. 

That bitch!

She heard her friends say goodbye to her one by one, as if they were ashamed to be with her. She bit her nail in anger, Lyka was embarrassed as well, she didn't know what face she will show to her friends after that thing happened in front of them.

Ryuchen has changed drastically, and she know that Chloe was behind it. Perhaps, Chloe said that she was lying and admit that she was the one who saved his from the kidnappers back then that's why she had Ryuchen's favor now. But that was impossible, because Chloe didn't know that she pretended that she was the one who saved Ryuchen back then and he promised that he will not tell it to anyone.

Lyka suddenly noticed a white envelope left on the table, she looked at it and saw a divorce paper with Chloe's signature.

She stood up and left the room with a beautiful smile on her face.

Ryuchen took Chloe to where he parked his car, he turned when he felt Chloe pulled her hand that he was holding.

"Chloe..."

"I've said what I want to say." she said then turned around. "I will go now."

He immediately grabbed her hand to stopped her from leaving.

"Won't you come home with me?"

"No." she answered calmly, without looking at him. "I will never go back to that villa."

"But it's also your home, Chloe. Our home."

Ryuchen will not allow the night to end without talking to Chloe, he doesn't want them to get a divorce and he didn't properly apologized to her.

"I can no longer call that home, Ryuchen." she said and turned around to looked at him.

Ryuchen notice the sudden redness of her eyes, she looks like she was holding back her tears. He feel pain in his chest when he saw the sadness on Chloe's face.

"Your maids didn't respect me, not even once. Your maids including the head maid even throw garbage on my room just so I have something to clean every day, my clothes and belongings was ripped and stolen by them. And every time you have a business trip abroad, they will locked me up and starved for how many days your business trip was."

He blood immediately boiled in anger after he heard what Chloe said, he almost want to hit himself. Because of his action, even the people in the villa had the guts to do those things to his wife.

"Now tell me, Ryuchen. Am I wrong to leave your villa?"

"I'm... I'm sorry, I fired all of them... so you can go home." he tightened his grip on her hand, it was his fault that Chloe hates him. "I'm so sorry, Chloe."

"I don't need your apology, Ryuchen." she said. "What I need you to do now is sign our divorce paper."

Ryuchen was stunned realizing that Chloe still want them to get a divorce, even everything seems fine between them earlier. But he doesn't have time to be heartbroken now because he suddenly saw Chloe got inside the taxi.

He quickly got inside his car and followed Chloe's taxi, he wants to know where she's staying.

The taxi reached a tall building, he was relived knowing that his wife was staying in the building with good facilities and security for the people who live there.

After he saw Chloe enter the building, he immediately called his secretary.

"Sebastian, buy the Royal blue building."

"P-Pardon Mr. President?"
