The blaring of the alarm was heard resonating in the room. A hand extended from the lump in the blanket on the bed trying to shut off the alarm but without actually seeing the alarm clock, there was a faulty distance judgement causing it to slip from the top of the drawer to the floor with a resounding click. Thinking that the alarm won't go off again she pushed herself deeper into the covers but all didn't go as she thought; the alarm has just snoozed and was now blaring again. Pulling the covers over the head, she heard footsteps approaching her room. The door opened and in walked someone that turned the alarm off before putting it back on the bedside- cabinet. The person then reached towards the lump and pushed back the covers revealing the face. Gently sitting on the bedside, she reached towards the person in bed saying.

"Julian!Julian! Wake up sleepy head!"

"You said to wake you early for your studies. Now come on get out of the bed. Breakfast is waiting"

Saying that Hiran left the room. Julian woke up yawning and stretching her hands above her head. For a minute she thought of going back to her warm, cozy bed and drifting off to dreamland but her rational side stopped her. Thinking quietly she got out of bed, before going to the restroom to freshen up. Exiting the restroom in her casual-comforting clothes compromising of a lilac mid-thigh top with white tights and hair pulled back into a high ponytail, she made her bed before going to the kitchen for breakfast.

On reaching the kitchen she saw Hiran putting the breakfast on the table so Julian rushed to help her. The delicious aroma coming from the breakfast was mouth-watering and causing her stomach to clench painfully in need. Julian preferred home-cooked meals like her parents and grandparents. She quickly sat on the chair and started eating. As they were eating, Hiran decided to tease her lovely grand-daughter about the date.
