The next day she did the same thing waking up early at 4:00 am, finishing breakfast by 5:00 am and then started to study. As the clock strikes noon she takes a break and has lunch by 1:00 pm her lunch is done, and she starts studying again. At 2:00 pm she starts revising all the topics she studied during the day and by 4:00 pm she finishes her studies takes a small snack and does her chores which finish at 5:00 pm.

Finished with the chores she gives a deep sigh filled with satisfaction and heads off after locking the door. Taking a stroll to the park where she mediates and exercises with Shawn. They have a small pleasant conversation before calling it a day and leaving with a soft good-night. Taking a walk back she enjoys a small cone of shaved ice from a nearby vendor and continues towards home by now her grandmother would be home, and she was proven right when she opened the door and her grandmother rushes her to the dinner she has just prepared.

Julian enjoys talking to her grandmother on various topics while eating dinner before she thanks her beloved grandmother for food and goes straight for bed. And the next day the same routine follows.

Waking up to the sweet aroma of chicken bread she knew it was Sunday. The only day when her lovely grandmother makes her special chicken bread with freshly cut veggies as a salad; a side dish, and it reminded her that today is the last day of vacation. The whole month of preparatory leaves has just flown by.

Getting up quickly, Julian was seen preparing the stuff needed for the examination. This last day she only studied for three hours and spent the rest of the day relaxing and meditating.

She thought about how Shawn was doing since he was also having his final examination. She wished that she had his confidence during the examination, she was feeling a little anxious now, but he was chill as a cucumber and even teased her lightly during their stroll in the park last evening.

Overall the time went by smoothly and Julian was feeling relaxed before going to bed that night.

The next morning Hiran came to wake Julian and give her tips on keeping cool during the examination. Julian enjoyed her grandmother fussing over her and took her advice to heart. She then started eating breakfast while watching her grandmother who appeared to be tenser than her. With breakfast done she hugged her grandmother trying to calm her down and took her car to college.

If she looked back she would have seen her grandmother smiling at her and praying for her success.
