PS. The male protagonist comes with a bit of negative shade. My characters are immature reckless teenagers, and they act impulsively. They make mistakes and wrongs, but eventually, they'll learn from their wrongdoings. Don't be too quick to judge them unless and until you read till the end.

He pretended to drop his phone and quickly glanced under the furniture in the living room. To his relief, he found a gun hidden under the couch in the corner and pocketed it when the guard was not watching. </p>

<p>Felicity came back with a tray in hand and a smile on her lips. She dismissed the guards demanding privacy and Johnathan relaxed, returning her smile. It seemed luck was on his side for a change.
