They Hate Each Other

She didn't even change before going to bed, and if Hunter hadn't tried to kiss her, she wouldn't have realised she didn't brush her teeth today before going to sleep. She hadn't known she would fall asleep amidst crying her heart out. Now that her soul was at peace, she remembered she didn't have dinner either.

Hera splashed the cool water over her face and flinched at the cold sensation it brought. Her reflection stared back through the mirror, and she grimaced at her swollen eyes. Once she finished brushing her teeth, Hera checked in the mirror to see if her teeth were shining. Satisfied, she walked out of the bathroom.

Hunter scowled when Hera walked into the room, wiping her face with the hem of her top. His face scrunched up in disgust.
