Chapter Fifteen- Princess Of Geotophia

Turanna's Pov

I woke up around 11 am and to be honest there was no difference as night and day down here looked the same. I eased up to see Thomas and the others sitting around and doing nothing.

I arched a brow. Something was definitely up.

"Something I missed? " I asked and Rox looked my way.

"We are going to be rescued today!" Sushana chirped and I stared at my brain processed her words. We were leaving?

Wow,  now I feel left out. What if a part of me didn't want to leave somehow?

"Aren't you happy to get out of this shit hole?" Sushana asked as she studied my face,  apparently she saw my disappointment.

I faked a smile.  

"Are you kidding! I don't think I would have survived another day down here! " I faked my excitement because when we got back, Thomas would return to his cold nature.

"By midnight tonight we should be right were the walls caved in,  a troop will break through to get us after which they will set this place to self destruct.  However we must await the troop's go ahead first" Thomas stated and I got up and went to one of the unoccupied rooms.

Why was I being so selfish? I should be happy were leaving right? 

Then why the hell was I feeling this way?

Because down here you lived what your fantasies illustrated could occur between you and Thomas. You know if you go back the reality of your arrange marriage will cave in. And most of all you and  Thomas will not be.  My subconscious sneered...

I sighed knowing she was right.  I was being more than selfish, I was going to be married soon and here I was meddling in an unhealthy obsession.

I was leaving this team soon and the Turanna they believed they knew will only be the long lost princess of Geotophia again. I will be Loya again.

The life I created here was a lie and sooner rather than later it would be blown up in my face. If only I could choose my fate because if I could I would have. 

I would be Turanna Madison instead.

I then brought my knees to my chest as I sobbed uncontrollably.  If only I had a chance to choose... Life would never be fair for me Huh...

We were now in a helicopter returning to base and Sushana was singing some shit about being rescued while Rox and Carter covered their ears.

Carter looking like he was itching to tear his own ear off.

"With all due respect Sush if you deaf the persons flying this copter we all could die as you might probably blond him too when you're voice cracks the glass" I remarked and she stopped singing immediately. She made a puppy face.

"You guys just don't know to appreciate talent " she remarked and I arched a brow.  She called sounding like a dying bear talent?

As we zoomed in on the base we all anticipated the copters landing. I could really use a good shower not to mention some fresh clothes. I was itching in all directions.

Apparently our pilots didn't sense our anxiety because to me they were moving slower than ever.

"Come on like Fucking land already " Rox stated throughout gritted teeth scratching his rear. Thomas who sat next to him had his eyes wide and moved as far away from him as he could.

We landed.

I was the first on out running straight to my quarters to have a nice warm shower. Now that was well deserved.

However I couldn't sleep or try to at least so I decided to train. Shoving my hands in the pocket of my sweat pants I exit my room heading for the gym.

"Could gain some muscle" I remarked as I pinched my biceps.

"Yes,  you could" Rox remarked as he patted my back entering the gym before me.

"As though you're so thick" I state as I entered after him.

"Like where else can you see something so good? " he state lifting his white T-shirt to reveal his abs. I rolled my eyes yes he was shining fit but the cocky bastard didn't need to know that.

My eyes then fell on a spider who was practicing to sword fight and instantly my ears fell deaf to Rox's words as I watched the fellow.

"Halt in the name of the queen! " Kiara state as she point the tip of her sword at my face.  She was a night in the army of Geotophia making her a excellent sword fighter.

I rolled my eyes as I arched my brows grabbing a sword from close by and pointed it at her.

"In a few years I will be the queen Kay " I  state as I swung my sword at her but she was swift hitting the sword out of my hand so skillfully. My eyes widened...

"Poor defence Loya, what if you are god forbid one day attacked out of the range of your army... Is that the best you can do? " she remarked as I looked at my sword on the floor.

I then picked it up,  looking at Kiara with pleading eyes.

"Can you teach me? " I asked and she smirked.

"Say no more princess" she state as she made a stance and I copied her...

"Earth to Madison " my eyes then fell on Rox's snapping fingers before my face.

"Pardon me. " I stated as I went over to the fellow who was practicing to sword fight with his imaginary opponent.
