Nayeon's Request

"I didn't promise that you can join even if you proved it." Liu Kai gave her a tight-lipped smile before he looked away, avoiding Nayeon's gaze.

"What!?"

"It's dangerous. I can't let you go with me." He raised his eyebrow even though Nayeon can't directly see his face because he's moving it around to avoid her.

"But that's why I told you I received a blessing. You are the only person who knows this," said Choi Nayeon, persuading him to change his mind.

"Besides, I am lucky, so you don't have to worry about me all the time. If I use it at the right time, I will survive anything. Just please let me accompany you. I knew it when I first saw you, you're special. My body told me that," she added.

"Yeah. I know, you told me that when you were drunk." Liu Kai chortled, teasing her.

"I did what?" Choi Nayeon was puzzled, but Liu Kai just laughed at her.

"By the way, I didn't know that's what you meant at that time. But even so, my answer is the same," said Liu Kai playfully.

"How can you sleep with me last night and break up with me today?" she asked carefully, doing her hardest not to cry.

"Is this for real?" she asked, shaking Liu Kai's upper body by holding his shoulder.

"I can still change my mind if you want me to," he said while being shaken.

"Please don't!" Choi Nayeon finally stopped shaking him, realizing he meant it.

Liu Kai hugged her back and kissed her forehead. Liu Kai lied down on the mattress, holding Nayeon in his arms. She's now on top of Liu Kai, lying her head on his chest.

'Of course, you're the one who caused this enlightenment. I'll bring you wherever I go. Besides, Luck will work best with Probability,' thought Liu Kai, smiling while he's playing with Nayeon's hair.

Nayeon raised her head to look directly at Liu Kai and said, "You're the idiot here. Trying to break up with me on our first day. Hmph!" she rolled her eyes at him and pouted, acting sad in front of him.

"Ahahahaha, I'm sorry." he smiled awkwardly, trying his best not to make her angry.

Choi Nayeon nodded after he heard his statement and smiled at him.

'It looks like she can't get angry with me,' Liu Kai spoke to himself.

"By the way, while we're in the village, you should stay here at my place instead of Chief Brashford's house."

"Yesterday, you comforted me and made me sleep with you. You even asked me to be your boyfriend after placing my hands on your bosoms. Aren't you greedy?" Liu Kai jokingly asked, laughing at her idea, but he liked how Nayeon behaved around him.

"Kekekeke, but Kai, don't you like the idea of living with me?" she asked, rubbing her fingers inside Liu Kai's chest inside his clothes.

"Sure, I better go. How about you?"
