What real pain is

"You will use this to evolve!"

"Eh?" Her words confused me even more so than how much she scared me.

"You will use this to evolve" she repeated. "Oh I think I know. You people don't know how to evolve this way. I'm guessing that obnoxious church burned all public records and kept it locked away for themselves."

"May I ask what you mean by that" I said.

"Wait don't tell me me you believe in that crumby old man."

"Crumby old man?"

"GOD child, I'm talking about god."

"N-no, big sis" I added that last part in, in hopes calming her down a bit witch seemed to do the trick. When she heard the words 'big sis' she started mumbling things like"ufu big sis" or "she called me big sis, eek!" I don't know what's wrong with me but my luck is probably the worst having run into so many perverts.

"PERVERT???who are you calling PERVERT????"

I seemed to have pissed her of in some way until it dawned on me "C-can you hear my t-thoughts?"

"Hmph, of course I can who do you think you're talking to."

"Big sis?" I said making sure to make my voice sound like I was younger. She immediately went back into her fantasies probably about something I wouldn't want to take part in.

"AHEM" I cleared my throat to try and get her attention. "When you say evolve what do you mean?"

"Ah" she seemed be a bit caught off guard but soon regained her composure, "well back in the day there was a certain way to forcefully evolve into another race but it required you to have large amounts of their blood on hand so it wasn't a common occurrence but it definitely wasn't rare. How do you think Beastmen came to be."

It was slightly shocking but it made a lot more sense than some god blessing a radon group of humans and the consequential outcome was Beastmen. Of course there were other theories but all of them sounded like some crazy persons ramblings which one should never take lightly as they just might be true sometimes.

"So how do we do that?"

"First off your going to need to kill it" she said while handing me a sword that was easily 3 times heavier than me and a couple inches taller.

I looked over to big sis who when noticed gave me a slight nudge so as to go ahead. As I walked forward it looked at me with a blank stare. It seemed that it had lost its will to live long ago and now only wished for a quick death.

When I recognized this I respectfully fulfilled its last wish plunging the blade deep into it skull ending its life once and for all. Deep down though something felt off, it almost seemed to easy. And my assumption was correct. Soon after death a half gold half black crystalline orb came out of its chest and sped straight for mine. Before I could even register what was happening the orb pulled out every ounce of blood before shattering into thousands of smaller pieces along with the blood flew directly into my heart punching thousands of tiny holes in my chest. If any normal person were to witness this they would have night mares for the rest of their lives.

All I could see before my vision was the face of big sis looming over me. Before I realized what going on another voice could be heard but instead of a soothing or authoritative it was full of scorn,disdain and mockery.

"Stupid human, did you really think I would let you use me like some tool? Some recourse!? Than you are mistaken for I will use you as a tool, a recourse. Then I will go and kill that damnable woman."

As it finished it's speech I could feel the most unthinkable pain ever as the very fabric of my existence was being torn apart. It was as if someone had stabbed me every which way then continued to rub salt over my wounds. After finishing with the salt they let me sit for a week in a sewage pipe to collect every disease known to man before flaying me and hanging me on a hook to dry under the sun.

Today I have learned what real pain is.

But then something strange happened. What I assumed were the walls were slowly being dyed blood red. Again the voice rang out, "YOU DAMNBALE-" before the voice could finish its sentence big sis came flying out of nowhere and punched at a spot that had seemed empty. When her fist seemingly landed a woman appeared out of nowhere and flew back a few feet.

In an instant big sis was upon her once again, this time pining her down before yelling curses at her.

"You bitch how dare you try and my cute little Shessefe!"

"Ugh"

"How dare you interrupt our time together!"

"Ugyaaaa"

"Last but not least how dare you harm HER!"

...

It had seemed she had either killed her or knocked her out using blunt force trauma but I can't be to sure. As I was distracted by my own thoughts I had failed to notice big sis walk over to me. Before I realized what was going on she had already trapped me in her embrace. "It's ok my dear" she said softly. As soon as she said that I let myself relax before slowly falling into sleep. When I awoke I was back back in the tent. When I noticed Sharla wasn't next to me I rushed out of the tent and immediately spotted her sitting next to the fire.

I immediately jumped into embrace with tears streaming down my face. "How long was I out for?"

"Two days. It's been two days-"

Before she could finish speaking I brought her into a passionate kiss that easily lasted five minutes before we separated. "I love you" I whispered into her ear. This alone brought her into a fit of tears. Throughout the rest of the day we had our promised snuggle time and then some.

Note: hey guys here are you fated chapters, I hoped you enjoyed them. I was thinking of doing something like this again in the upcoming weeks. It may not be next week or the week after that but I kinda enjoyed doing this.

Oh yeah another thing, little backstory here. I wanted to get this straight before people get confused. The ingretaria calendar started at the beginning of the ingretaria imperial families reign. The year is only the beginning of when their family took over after killing off the last imperial lineage. When I say year 875 I mean that is how long their family has been ruling for. But don't worry I won't make up a bunch of nonsense so far there have been 121,954 years of human lineage in which the last imperial family ruled for a good part of the other 121,079 years. Bit of an info dump there but it will just make things easier down the line.
