114. The two warriors

When Zorion returned to the castle after his brief discussion with the men, Lycaon was waiting for him in the throne room. Zorion pushed open the main door of the castle and saw Lycaon sitting on the throne with the crown on his head.

"Where were you?" Lycaon asked as soon as Zorion entered.

After looking at the men in the forest and discovering the bird in the book, he went to see Zorion. He was nowhere in the castle. The suspect on Zorion increased more. Lycaon wanted to have a clear talk with him. He didn't want to suspect the only person he trusts.

Zorion came in and pulled out his pipe. He then looked at Lycaon and held the pipe in his hand without putting it back into his mouth. "What made you wait for me?" Zorion asked.

"I asked you where were you?" Lycaon said in a commanding tone.
