Chapter 15- Life and death- Who’s in control?

Not long after I returned to the demon realm Demetrius called for me. "Would you like to get back at the ones who killed you?"

"What? You mean those asshole monsters and my parents? And the other rulers of the kingdoms of the light?"

"Yes."

"Of fucking course!"

"Follow me then." He leads me back to the portal room.

"Wait!"

"What?"

"Cercius!" I yelled with mind and mouth.

'Yes?'

'Come to the portal chamber! It's urgent! But come alone!'

'Alone?'

'Yes.' He quickly appears. "How do you feel about murdering those demons?"

"The ones that killed us?"

"Yes."

"Why would I not?" There was a bloodthirsty look on his face that definitely didn't suit him.

"That's what I thought you'd say."

"Well follow me you two." Demetrius creates a portal.

"Hell yeah!" We run into the portal and see the sacrificial circle under our feet. "Heh. This'll be fun." If anyone saw my face at that moment they probably would have fainted in fear.

"That it will." Cercius had a similar look on his face.

"Oi! Monsters! Come out, come out wherever you are!" I see a slimy one appear. "Hey."

"You! How? We ate you!"

"You did. But I'm alive assholes."

"D-D-Demon!"

"Heh. Yeah that I am." I summon my knives. "Let's play!" I charge at him and attack his eyes blinding him. His screams lured in other monsters and we killed every one that appeared. After that was finished Cercius smiled.

"Well now let's go."

"No. I have a grudge to settle with a couple other people."

"The rulers?"

"Yes."

"I'll go too." A couple townspeople heard the commotion and saw us killing the monsters so when we got to the castles we were praised as heroes.

"Mother. Father." I now upon entering the throne room.

"Who are you? You've been called the slayer of the monsters but our daughter is dead." My mother says.

"Yeah well no thanks to you! I'm alive assholes! Thanks a lot though. I managed to meet back up with Cercius." I gesture towards my companion.

"C-Cercius?" My father asks wide-eyed.

"Hello David."

"B-B-But you're supposed to be dead!"

"Well I'm here."

"This is getting tiresome Cercius. Let's end this." I slit my mother's throat and Cercius does the same with my father.

"That felt good."

"Yes. That's it for the blue kingdom."

"Time for the end of the kingdoms of the light!"
