Li fan was about to take a step out of the gate untill he heard.

"F*ck, it's a demon" Li fan shouted in his mind, demons were rare, they were cultivators who had accumulated large amounts of bad Karma, after they die they become demons, these demons can become stronger just by devouring cultivators, beasts, or even other demons, demons didn't have a consciousness, but if they reached a certain threshold of strength, they could look exactly like humans..

"Oh?" Li fan was surprised, he raised his sword one again, but this time attacking from a different position..

He was blocked again, he hastily leaped backwards as the demon tried grabbing him..

Li fan instantly thought about an idea, the demon reminded him of a zombie, so surely it's head was a weak spot?

Boom!!!

Li fan erupted with strength and kicked off the ground, his muscles bulged as he tightly held his sword and slashed out, the wind seemed to make way for his sword as it scattered around and removed its resistance..

Puchi!!!

Just like Li fan expected, the huge head of the demon which was covered in small bones instantly shattered as he slammed down with his sword, a pure-black and musty smell soon filled the area as he stepped back subconsciously..

He didn't want to be infected, Li fan felt as if his knowledge of this world was very slim, if demons could infect cultivators after biting or even devouring some of their flesh, then he would definitely have to keep his guard up each second as he did his outer-disciple work..

Just like that the day went by and all the outer disciples started returning to the sect, a huge mysterious light lit up around the sect as a illusory light surrounded it, it made the sect look even more mystical at night..

"Brother fan, I am planning on using all my contribution points to buy some pills to attack the 7th stage, so then I can take the outer-disciple promotion exam" zhao Wang said as he walked the paths of the sect next to Li fan..
