For the first 20 questions, it was alright, Robert could answer all of them, but starting from the 21st question, the difficulty increased exponentially.
"What the heck is Mymosa Clarafauna?"
"How would i freakin know the most effective herb to cure bleeding at the ear? Who get injured in the ear for heaven's sake?"
"Who even cares about the colour difference of 10 year old Himfagorus Meflora and a hundred year old one?"
"There are different types of Hyena Doraflora? 3 petals? 5 petals? And 7 petals? And i have to state the difference? Screw this!"

"The examination has concluded!" The woman's voice announced.
The metallic hand appeared once more and grabbed the paper on the table.
The hologram dissapeared and the illusions faded. He could see the other students once more.
"I definitely failed." He could the groans of the other students.
"I couldn't answer anything in the second half of the exam." Another complained.
Robert felt the same way, he no longer felt as confident as he did as he started his second exam.
"How was it?" Nana asked during their lunch time
"An absolute nightmare." Robert replied.
Nana laughed. "Don't worry, even passing is already a feat in itself."
"Those two exams were bullshit. I thot i memorized everything in the textbook, but there were stuff that wasn't stated in the textbook. I don't remember reading about a rainbow coloured Memosis Nifaflora." Oliver complained.
"Actually, most of the things were only briefly mentioned in the textbook." Robert added.
"That's normal, the first test is usually relatively harder to find those who are more talented." Nana said. "The exam is also used to find those who are talented in other fields besides magic. There's a special condition that if you achieve a perfect score on any of the test, you are granted the right to the S class on the condition that you don't fail the basic magic class but don't even think about it, it is impossible." Nana explained.
Robert sighed. Originally he aimed for the S class, but now he didn't even have the confidence to get 70.
"Relax, even if you fail, there are still chances to move up the classes." Nana comforted.
"Emilia, what about you? How did you do?" Robert asked.
"Okay." Emilia replied.
"Did you answer the question regarding the devolopment of Magic weapons in the history exam?" Oliver asked, wanting to know how she did.
Emilia looked at Oliver confusedly.
"She doesn't speak much, and she has a very eccentric way of thinking." Nana said.
"I've noticed. She seems confused most of the time." Robert commented.
"Don't underestimate her though, in terms of talent, I am like a firefly before the sun to her." Nana said.
"You are underestimating yourself senior." Oliver laughed.
Nana smiled but shook her head.
DingDong! DingDong!
The signaling the end of the lunch break rang.
"We need to go now, goodbye." Robert and Oliver grabbed their lunch trays and bid goodbye to Nana.
Robert felt something tugging at his sleeves. He turned around and saw Emilia.
"Can you take her with you? Her sense of direction is uhh not the best. She got lost this morning when going to the exam hall." Nana explained.
"Alright." Robert nodded, happy to do Nana a favour.
"Bro, i think I'm in love with Senior, she's so nice and kind." Oliver spoke in admiration as they walked down the hallway. "Emilia, speak a few good words in front of her for me?" Oliver flashed his puppy eyes.
Emilia smiled and nodded.
"Forget it, I can't really on you. Robert, how should I get senior to like me back?" Oliver turned and asked Robert.
Robert's eye twitched uncontrollably. "Uhh, you should focus on your studies, if you get into the S class, that should impress her." He gritted his teeth and said.
"Bish, are you my best friend? Isn't the number 1 bro rule NOT to go after the same girl?" Robert cried deep in his heart.
The trio entered the exam hall, the previous cheerful atmosphere was nowhere to be seen as both Robert and Oliver were back to depression from just thinking about the next exam. Only Emilia could remain nonchalant.
"You're seat number should be displayed in your student id." The woman's voice announced.
"Emilia, what's your seat number?" Robert asked.
Emilia replied with a confused look.
"Wait, do you know how to access your student id?" Robert asked.
Emilia shook her head.
Robert sighed.
"Just tap on your student id and select exam."
Emilia did as Robert instructed.
"Can you find you...forget it, I'll just bring you there." Robert said, and followed the map on Emilia's student id.
"Just asking, how did you find your way this morning?" Robert asked curiously.
"Someone helped me." Emilia replied.
The morning exam.
"Umm." Emilia wondered along the school corridors confusedly.
Baam! Someone rammed into her.
"Sorry, I'm late to my exam." He said quickly.
"Um.can you..bring me...to exam?" Emilia asked shyly.
Ash examined the person in front of him. Silver hair and blue eyes, wait.....
"Aren't you Emilia?" Ash asked. "The person i met in the tree."
Emilia nodded.
"You're taking the exam too?" Ash asked in horror, recalling the scene where Emilia effortlessly manipulated 5 mana balls.
Ash always prided himself as a genius, but infront of Emilia he felt that he was nothing. This only made him feel more curious and attracted to this girl and he couldn't help but humble his naturally haughty self in front of her.
"Yes." Emilia said.
"Okay, hurry up! We're late." Ash grabbed Emilia's hand and dashed towards the exam hall.
Emilia looked at her hand being grabbed before smiling warmly.
They arrived at the exam hall while panting furiously.
"Your seat number is displayed in your student id." The woman's voice announced.
"Goodluck for your exam." Ash flashed a winning smile.
"Umm...i don't know my seat." Emilia said.
"What! Nevermind, hurry up let's go." Ash said.
