Kyle stared down at David who cleared the path for him to come in.

Kyle walked in dropping his car keys on the coffee table he stared at the hall and back at David, who looked away and tried to make an escape by walking quickly to the stairs but he was not quick enough.

"Are you home alone David?" Kyle asked.

"Yeah." David responded tonelessly but kept it bold.

"Hmm." Kyle grumbled. "Did you receive a package?"

"Yeah. Is on the drawers." David quickly added before he had the time to ask.

"Did you look in it?"

"No. Why should I do that? It will be rude of me." David said nonchalantly, like an obedient five years old.

"Where is it?" Kyle inquired.

"On the drawers." David answered.

Kyle walked to the box under David's stare and examine it. As he did so David turned around to leave.

"David." Kyle called.

"Sir." David responded.

"Your punishment is over." Kyle announced.
