"Dafeih!" Aeia greeted as her cousin came to view, gracefully evading the branches that blocked her path.

"I got my book back," Dafeih stopped in front of Aeia, waving the object above her head before she securely tucked it inside her robe.

"You killed them?" Aeia asked, a frown forming on her face.

"They're quiet skilled by the look of them. There were onlookers so I decided to retrieve the book without being violent. Gaian law can be complicated." Dafeih explained, waving a hand in dismissal.

"You tell me. The guards arrested me one time because I sneaked into the city without paying." Narri crossed her arms, showing distaste to the subject.

Aeia rolled her eyes to her other cousin but didn't pursue the matter further. Instead, she rotated on her heels and searched for the only man in the vicinity, "Kzel! We must go now before the walls become crowded with watchful eyes."
