My Journey to Godhood as a Caterpillar

Yun Jhin continued further into the wasteland he was currently in... step by step he went through deadly situations until he reached a gigantic altar that was the supposed location of the treasure.

The air was putrid and damp and Yun Jhin could almost gag due to the smell that was in his surroundings. Here were the supposed treasures?

Yun Jhin was quite familiar with this type of setup, it was a sacrificial altar meant to boost one's cultivation.

Yun Jhin couldn't' use this altar even if he wanted to because there were no sacrifices to be made!

There were no bodies to be used nor any treasures that he could use to boost his cultivation here... did Hell fool him by feeding him fake information?

Maybe he shouldn't have rushed headlong at the first smell of treasures...
