Chapter 13- Game Over

The class excitedly chats on the bus, some conversing about mundane things like what they had for breakfast, while others strategize about how their quirks are going to serve them best in the rescue training.

"What, do you have motion sickness or some shit? What a joke." I glance over to Bakugo, who's sitting next to me thanks to the lack of seats left on the bus when we boarded.

[He seems calm today.] I roll my eyes, staring straight a head at the other kids in class, who seem to be getting along fine, teaming up on Bakugo and his anger.

I state, not really wanting to talk to him about my motion sickness, which hasn't kicked in yet, but is threatening to.

'Why would anyone want to be around these extras?'

I watch as Bakugo, who's fuming, stands up to defend himself against his classmate's teasing.

"You know, we basically just meant you, so it's kinda telling that we all know your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage."

"YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY YOU APPLIED TO THIS SCHOOL, YOU LOSER!" I sigh, trying to move over so that his angry sweat doesn't get on me.

[What a pain.]

"Hello, everyone! I've been waiting for you!" The class gasps, thrill overtaking them as Thirteen stands before us. Midoriya mutters off some exposition, conveniently introducing anyone new to the show to the hero. "I can't wait to show you what's inside!" Thirteen mentions, gesturing to the large building standing tall before the class. The students bubble with excitement, following the hero inside. Everyone's jaws drop as they stare at the scene in front of them.

"Holy crap! It looks like some kind of amusement park!"

"It's so huge!"

"A shipwreck, a landslide, a fire, a wind storm, etcetera! I created this training facility to prepare you to deal with different types of disasters! I call it: The Unforeseen Simulation Joint! But you can call is USJ!" The kids mutter about how cool Thirteen and the USJ is while Aizawa whispers to Thirteen about the missing teacher.

'We should be okay with just the two of us.'

[So, All Might won't be here today. He really needs to learn how to stop when he's at his limits.]

"Clocks ticking! Let's get started."

"Excellent!" Thirteen begins her speech, making sure that we understand our quirks can be dangerous, and that we have to be careful.

"Right. Now that that's over…" While Aizawa drones on, the fountain in the middle of USJ spasms, spurting gushes of water as something appears within it. A purple spiral emerges, and with it, a menacing man. His thoughts pour into my mind, and I immediately know he is evil. Aizawa cuts himself off, spinning around at the sense of something evil nearby.

"Stay together, and don't move! Thirteen, protect the students!"

"Woah, what is that thing? Has the training started already?"

"They can't be villains, can they?"

"No way, how wouldd they get in?"

"How are there so many?"

"IT'S DARK REUNION!"

"STAY BACK!" Aizawa yells, positioning his goggles over his eyes. "This is real, those are villains." The class's eyes widen, fear gripping their hearts.

"So, you scum bags used the press as cover and sneaked onto campus." Aizawa reasons, addressing the villains.

"Where is he? I went through the trouble of bringing so many friends who are eager to meet him! They want All Might, The Great Symbol of Peace. I can't believe he's not here. Maybe if I kill a few kids he'll come out to play." Aizawa immediately activates his capture weapon, preparing to attack.

"Thirteen, why aren't the alarms going off?"

"Good question… not sure." The class glance at Thirteen, their fear deepening with Thirteen's uncertainty.

"Is the entire campus under attack, or is this their only target? Either way, if the alarms aren't being triggered, then one of these villains must have a quirk that's masking their presence here. They carefully choose this isolated facility as an entry point at a time when a class was being taught. They're fools for trespassing here, but they've thought this out. Whatever their plan, they must have a concrete objective in mind. But what is it?" Todoroki mutters, analyzing their situation carefully and skillfully.

"Thirteen, get them out of here and alert the main campus. Actually, if they've got the ability to block our sensors, then they might be jamming our regular communications too. Kaminari! Try using your quirk to contact the school."

"Yes, Sir." Kaminari brings his hand to his ear, attempting to contact anyone of use.

"What are you going to do?" Midoriya questions Aizawa, worry overflowing from him. "You can't fight them on your own! There's too many of them. Even if you can nullify their quirks, your fighting style isn't suited for this. Your power works best in stealth and one-on-one fights. That's not going to help with a group."

Aizawa glances back at the child, smirking to himself.

"You can't be a pro if you only have one trick." He begins to run into battle, calling back over his shoulder, "I'll leave it to you, Thirteen." While he fights Thirteen leads us away, running to the closest exit. Before we can make it, though, a villain appears before us.

"It's a pleasure to meet you. We are the League of Villains. I know it's impolite, but we decided to invite ourselves into this haven of justice to say hello." The wispy man continues his speech, allowing me to conjure up a plan. I start playing a lullaby in the heads of every villain, making them drowsy. The man before us begins to slur his speech, swaying gently as his eyes struggle to stay open. "What… is this? Why am I so tired?"

"Huh?" The class turns to me, watching as I levitate slightly off the ground, my palms facing forward, my heads tilted up, and my eyes closed. "Saiki?" The villains drop one by one to the ground, fast asleep. I feel my feet touch the ground, and when they do, I open my eyes to the class staring at me in amazement.

The pair nod, running away from the class.

"I can't just lea-"

Iida hesitates, but nods and runs out the door.

I turn to where Aizawa is, my eyes widening when I notice a creature that I didn't see before.

[I can't read his mind. My lullaby must not work on him. Who is he?]

"N-nom-u. Ki-ll the-m." The leader mutters before falling to the ground. The creature's eyes widen, as if its power button was flipped, and it dives at Aizawa. He smashes the pro into the ground, breaking many bones in one hit. Aizawa screams in agony but doesn't stop fighting. He erases the monster's quirk, diving at him. The 'Nomu' doesn't even flinch, batting the hero away like he was a pesky fly.

"AIZAWA!" Midoriya yells, tears filling his eyes. The Nomu climbs onto the teacher's back, smashing his head into the ground.

I say, rushing forward.

"Yeah right, Pink hair!" Bakugo yells, his eyes narrowed as he watches Aizawa fight for his life. 'I'm looking forward to punching that thing out of existence.'

I roll my eyes, turning to Bakugo and sighing.

Bakugo pauses, tching before reluctantly turning to help Todoroki usher the class away from the fighting. I feel my feet leave the ground as I fly forward, knocking Nomu off of Aizawa.

"Sa-iki?" Aizawa rolls over, coughing up blood and groaning in pain. "You c-can't beat him... go! Pr-protect the others!" He winces as he tries to move, too many of his bones are completely shattered. I ignore him, focusing instead on the monster before me. Its eyes narrow as it seemingly analyses its new opponent. I lunge forward, using all my strength to shove him back. We both fly backward, punching each other and propelling us in different directions. I grit my teeth as we fight, annoyed by his obvious healing quirk.

[What a pain. He's healing too fast. I need to attack faster, but this is my limit.]

The Nomu smacks me with enough force to send me crashing into a wall, causing cracks to form around me. He appears beside me, smashing my face into the ground. I hear metal near my ear shatter and watch as two small pink balls bounce off the ground and roll away. I smirk, pulling the rest of the needles out of my head.

I punch the Nomu, sending him to the other side of the USJ. I teleport behind it, punching its back and sending it the other way. I teleport again, repeatedly doing this until it's weakened. I then grab his exposed brain, pulling it out of his head. The blood trails behind us as I fly up, crashing through the ceiling, pulling the Nomu along. Once in space, I spin around a few times, chucking the Nomu into the sun.

I teleport back to the USJ, wiping off my costume, which is splattered with the blood of my enemy.

"NOMU! NOO!" I spin around, my eyes narrowing as the leader stands up.

[Crap, I wasn't focusing on keeping them asleep.]

"It's too late. We must leave, Tomura Shigaraki." The teleporter wraps himself around Tomura, forcing him to leave as the other pros arrive, but not before Snipe shoots him in each limb. The only thing we hear is agonizing screams, then silence.

I kneel beside Aizawa, using my x-ray vision to look into him, sighing in relief when his heart is beating and his lungs are breathing. Hairo and Kirishima run up to me, their eyes wide with surprise.

[I can't heal him without my limiters. I'd risk turning his body back too far.]

The pair acknowledge me, gently picking up their teacher and carrying him to the pros. All Might comes up to me, his smile tight with worry.

"Are you okay, son?"

"KUSUO! MY BOY!" I roll my eyes as my (regrettably) real father runs up to me, wrapping his arms around my neck. "Why aren't you hugging me back, son?"

Dad pauses, carefully getting off of me and taking a step back.

"O-oh. T-t-that's not good. Uh... d-do you th-think support can f-fix them?"

"R-right! Right away, Kusuo!" All Might tilts his head slightly as Kuniharu runs off, frantically mumbling to himself.

"What do your limiters do?"

'Is he that strong?'

'Man, this kid!'
