ok, i was stupid last time, i can't fight the gym in here since i don't have 3 badges yet...

and so i decided to go and fight the gym in Cyllage city! (it was recommended anyways) but first, we need to go through route 5 to Camphrier town, and so we head out of the city and on to a new place, it was quite crowded. and i see that i needed to go up, the route has a lot of grass but also some dirt pathing. i have a feeling that someone might want to challenge me, but gallade doesn't really want to fight any trainer... we got to the top where we need to go down again on the left to see the entrance on the right. we're at the entrance of the town to see a bunch of people in grey and black suits, they are also wearing a mask... when i look at them my body froze all of a sudden... it's weird. i can't even move, i feel confused at first on why.

then the group of people on the entrance walked into the town, past through the fountain and quickly head out to route 7 without any of them noticed me... then i can move again... okay something weird is going on with me... i looked at Gallade who is confused about my reaction towards them,

"I think they came from the ship" one of the townspeople said to their friends, aren't i supposed to talk to them and give Lucario to them... but it feels wrong... do i need to avoid them?

Lucario is in another shock state...

"i think we need to stay away from them" i said to my friends...

after buying some resources on the poke mart i go on ahead and continue towards route 7 and of to Cyllage city.

after crossing the bridge and went up by stairs, we see a cave right in front of us. but again my body won't allow me to went through that cave... but after looking at the other cave which is an alternate route, and so i went in the other cave with Gallade confused as well, but Lucario seems to be happy on going into the cave...

after taking a hard climb down on the cave, we got out dirty. i took a look on my upper left to see the same group of people looking inside the cave, blocking the path... are they waiting for someone... i decided to move on and follow the road downhill to the city, i see the city on my left, with cheap and rock buildings and many people walking around the city (mostly trainers), it looks like there will be lots of rock and ground type Pokemon's.

it seems like i have the advantage on this one.

and so were prepared.

the gym is in a cave, there is a gym symbol at the top of the cave entrance, i can tell that the cave is humongous when i entered. there is a huge empty space in the cave, and what seems supposed to be a rock tower, with the need for climbing and walk-up stairs.

the gym leader may be at the top waiting for any challenger, so we start climbing up, well not for Lucario since he will be waiting at the bottom, the climb was rather hard, with my jacket filled with dirt again (damn it) after managed to get at the stairs part, i brushed off the dirt in my jacket. we walk our way up the stair, circling around the tower in this spiral stairs. after i am at the top, i see the gym leader.

Grant!

the rock gym leader. a professional climber and biker, he has a colorful rock on his hair for style!

"I've been waiting in eager anticipation! What have I been waiting for? For a worthy challenger to appear! It's quite an achievement to have climbed all the way up here. Very impressive, actually! I have a feeling that our battle will turn out to be worth the wait! I hope you'll show me that your skill as a surpasses even mine." he said to me

"yeah! i will!" i replied to grant

"what's the name kid"

"Justin, Justin Carefire" i made the last name on my own... not revealing my true name

"alright, let's begin!" he said in a fire, boy this will be fierce. i am expecting a better battle in this one!

he grabs one of his Pokeball, and a blinding red light burst out from the Pokeball, then formed a huge dinosaur-like creature, it's a Tyrantrum!

it's weak to fighting type, so it's time to use code C.

when the battle begins, the Tyrantrum uses Earthquake! the ground suddenly ruptures and shaking, the ground is breaking apart. i ordered Gallade to jump as high as possible,

while the ground is shaking, Gallade jumped in the air, then the ground started to break where Gallade is standing, then a rock just carved and sandwich the place where Gallade is standing, he might have been crushed if he didn't jump there! while Gallade is still in mid-air, the Tyrantrum uses stone edge! he is unable to move in the air... well that's where he got it wrong. we have trained for this kind of situation... and so, the solution is...

pointed rocks started to form around the opponent, then it launches towards Gallade in mid-air! so to counter this, i ordered Gallade to turn the opposite way from the Tyrantrum, then launch a psycho cut, with the kick-off the attack, now he is propelled towards Tyrantrum! and thus i tell Gallade to use Protect! (code P) after he made a fade circular shield from his hand right in front of him, big enough to cover his entire body, the stone hits the shield, and he was unscathed by the attack. after the barrage of rocks is gone, the shield disappears from Gallade hand, then i ordered him to fire a special Psycho cut, a pink light came out from his right hand, he swings it, and a pink slash came out, it hit the Tyrantrum and a blinding light burst out of the attack, while the Tyrantrum is flinched and blinded, Gallade landed right at the head of the Tyrantrum. after he adjusted his position on his head... it's time for code C !

then i yelled at the top of my lungs for the finishing!

"Use CLOSE COMBAT!" i yelled at Gallade, then with instant reaction, he began giving flurry amount of heavy punches to the head of the Tyrantrum, he hits it so hard that an echo of punches can be heard around the area! after he did the last punch, the Tyrantrum let out a screech and instantly tumbles down to the ground, while the Tyrantrum is falling down, Gallade jumped down to right beside me with a big leap. after the Tyrantrum is already on the ground, it was unable to battle anymore! we have defeated Grant first pokemon, it all happened so fast that Grant was even very surprised.

"Wow... that's impressive" he said in a stuttered tone

"you even fight like Diantha... you know what... i forfeited" he said... wait, what?! he forfeited the battle?!

"w-what?!" i said in a shocking matter, even Gallade is shocked

"even if i use Aurorus, you will use close combat again, and defeated him in seconds" he said with a sweat... well would you look at that...

another disappointing battle!

yes, i did get the Gym badge. but what left me another disappointment is that i defeated grant for way too easy as well! (well not really) but for who is disappointed for the most is, Gallade. he is looking down again... (sigh) why is everything is to easy, i want a challenge!

Gallade sigh right beside me while we're out of the Gym cave,

"is everybody that weak" he said telepathically

"Hey, it's ok. you just used a super-effective attack... that's all" i tried to relive him.

"yeah... maybe i hit him too hard" he said in a sad tone

"hey! the important thing is we won, with many more gym badge... we can battle more powerful... people and pokemon!"

"huh... you're right!" he said in excitement, now we're back in spirit!

while Lucario is right beside Gallade, talking to each other. i started to begin thinking, so we beat the second gym leader... so we will fight the next one, thus this means we're heading towards Shalour city! with winning the gym battle, we'll be able to make our pokemon mega evolve!

then first we need to go through Geosenge town first, after that, we will fight Korrina, the fighting gym specialist since that place has a bunch off Lucario's... might as well ask them.

and so we're preparing to head out to our next location... but first, we will relax in a nearby cafe.

after getting inside the cafe which is in the northwestern of the city, a waitress is standing right in front of me, then before i was able to speak, the waitress said.

"Wellcome, so what table you want to sit on" he said

"i want to take the table on the corner" i said to the waitress, the seat that i choose is in the corner of the cafe, there is a window big right beside it, the table has 4 seats. and nice warm conditioning, rare to see a warm one since outside is kinda warm. well at least it's cooler than outside, and so i sit the chair, i sitted right at the window on my right side, with my bag right beside me put on the chair, Gallade sits right in front of me, and Lucario right beside him, so i ordered some tea, and juices. then we waited for it.

after taking a sip at the warm tea, i look at the afternoon view of the sea from the window, it was delightfully... the warm feeling of the sunset gives me relaxation, after taking a bunch of looks, i look at a mysterious person standing in the beach, there is a bit of shine from his head... and is it... wearing a cloak? after looking at him for a while, the shine stops and he began walking towards the south... there is something about that person... i have a bad feeling. is that the same person that took a photo of me at the restaurant? it can be right?!

and so i stood up taking my bag from right beside me on the chair, then i said to Gallade through telepathy,

"someone is after us... we need to move" i said inside Gallade head, while i was walking towards the cashier, Gallade looks at me and understands the situation, while Lucario is still drinking the oran juice that i ordered, Gallade pats his shoulder, then Lucario quickly finishing the drink, then both of them got up from the seat and stand right beside me at the cashier.

i gave the cashier the proper amount of money.

"thank you for coming, we'll be waiting for your next visit" she said

"yes, I'm looking forward to it" i replied, hiding my worries in this situation. and so i got out of the cafe, looking around my surroundings with Gallade while Lucario is still relaxed. after seeing a man hiding in the shadows on the building on my left hiding again. i tell Gallade to use teleport from my telepathy, and so my vision turned white with my body feeling very light, then after the light faded, i dropped down a bit on the soft grass below me, then i started looking around... were in the middle of a three-pillar rock surrounding us, it looks like we're on Geosenge town... we passed through route 10! looks like we lost them.

"(sigh) thanks, Gallade" i sigh in relief and thanking Gallade

"what is going on" Lucario said to me, Luckily no one is out there, so it is safe.

"we're being followed... i don't know who but... I'm afraid we can't take our adventure freely now" i said the truth to Lucario

"Have we gotten away from them"

"well... for now... i think" after saying that to Gallade, i took a look around anxiously. we need to calm down, even Gallade is in a bit of panic!

"it's ok... we'll take a camp at route 11" i said to my friends. Gallade nods while Lucario is just listening. we hurried towards route 11, so we see a cliff right in front of me, heading towards the Reflection cave... we look to our left and see a flat and controlled forest, so we begin setting up camp at the forest, away from any civilization.

we've already set up our camp, a simple sleeping bags, a tent, and a lantern for light in the middle (we don't use fire since someone can see the smoke) Lucario and Gallade will be sleeping at the tent, while i sleep outside watching for... uninvited guest.

"are you sure you don't want to sleep in the tent" Gallade said to me while near the tent

"no... I'll stay outside, you go ahead sleep with Lucario" i replied

"ok... be careful"

"oh... I'll be" then Gallade went inside the tent together, and after that, i stay awake to see if there is anybody watching... so i kept watching... and watching... till i get tired and ready to doze off... so i get in my sleeping bag, and started to sleep... who are they... are they from the ship? i don't want to know what are they after... after all, it's just a bunch of people... i wonder if they are involved with the incident... it can't be...

or it can be.
