His Story
the sky is filled with stars as Marie and Alex sit together at my house in Lumiose city... i already fell asleep when i tried to eavesdrop them... i see it's pointless for me to hear them since Alex didn't translate...
nice...
it's been a while but... I've finally known what they're talking about.
thanks to the fact that Alex told me what happened...
and before IT happened...
so, that time. it went like this
"Marie?" Alex said to Marie as he sits down on the grass
"yeah?" Marie replied as she kept looking at the sky
"don't you feel very lonely back then?" Alex continued
"yes..."
"I'm sorry to hear that..." Alex said as he looked at the stars with Marie...

...
"what is your story?" Marie asked
"well..."
"i don't really want to talk about it" Alex continued...
...
then Alex and Marie heard a door being opened then closed...
it seems to be from the bedroom...
Alex looked behind through the glass door and smirked...
"what did you do?" Marie asked
"i cancel my telepathy just in case my friend hears it" Alex said as he face forwards again and kept smirking
"woah... that's smart!" Marie said, impressed
"thanks"

there is a moment of silence as they both looked mindlessly at the stars again.
"um... can you please tell me your story?" Marie asked again
"..."
"pleeeeaassee?!" Marie said as she gets close to Alex...
Alex looked down to the grass to think...

"fine..." Alex said as he sigh
"Yes! i mean- okay"
Alex looked back at the stars as Marie looked at him as she listens to Alex
"nothing really interesting happened when i was hatched... but... one day..."

it was a month after Ralts hatched, he already knows how to talk to the others.
while he is alone, a Kangaskhan would take care of him. he has a few friends, Fletchling, Nidoran, Butterfree, and Bunnelby. they would mostly play together on the forest... but he is still learning on telepathy... when he tries to learn it, he decided to try it first... on me...
for what he said, my brain somehow have the most easiest one to link...
so, he tries to find me...
after he search out of the forest part of the yard, he manage to enter the clear yard...
where my old house is...
then he walked towards my old house...
after that...
he founds me.
for the first time...
the Treecko seems to invite him, but the Glass door blocked him from entering. all he could do is wait for my attention...
after i took notice of him...
he tries to link our thoughts...
he was half way...
but then, my attention diverted as my mom calls me, the linking broke... so he decided to go back home... disappointed...
after that...
he didn't manage to see me for a few months...

Ralts started to feel bored as he plays the same game of chase and wrestle with his friends...
one day, fletchling is not there with him. while the rest play, Ralts decided to find Fletchling. he looks around the forest... asked the others... but he didn't find him yet...
then he accidently walks out of the forest and found my old house. he walks towards it again and see me playing water gun with one of my new friends... Froakie.
he sees another opportunity and runs towards me, after he come near enough... he started the link again...
we both stared at each other for a while...
then he was interrupted when he was hit by a water from the Froakie, he fell down as the water sprayed him...
it's almost done...
he heard some arguments after he fell...
so he tries to clear his eyes...
after he cleared his eyes from the water, he sees me handing my hand to him. he chose to grab it... then...
it was completed...
he waved up a faint sound to me as i picked him up...
then i quickly looked around to see where the voice came from.
It worked.
then the Treecko that is familiar to him and his old friend fletchling came to me and Ralts.
"hi! what is your name?" i said to him for the first time
"ralts" he replied
"ralts?" i repeated his sentence
"Ralts!" he speaks again
then i stopped and think...
"oh... Ralts!" i said in realization
"ralts!"
"umm... what should i name you?" i asked...
with the response, Ralts tries to think of a name as well...
"oh! i should call you Alex!" i said to him
he likes the sound of his new name and nodded
"yay!" Justin cheered with the rest...
with his new name heard, Alex heart flared and managed to give a word to him.
"Yay!" he sent a word to him... I try to find where the voice came from...
then...
"Justin! it's time to take a bath!" A woman that seems to be the mother of me speaks out from the house
"Okay mommy!" with my reply, Treecko and i runs inside the house, with his words fail to bring him attention... he knows that he won't be able to call him back... so he gave up and walk back to the forest with Fletchling
"come on sonny!" a more masculine voice was heard... but he decide to ignore it and went back home...
for what he doesn't know...
is who this man really is...

Alex manages to meet me more frequently, and he likes to play with me for the most off the time...
but he wasn't able to talk to me with telepathy as his psychic ability still weak...
then...
one day...
when he walks around the forest to take a breather after he plays with the rest of his friends on the forest...
he sees an openfield and what seems to be a battlefield
and he saw a man...
he seems to be training a Scizor that is trying to beat an Arbok...
after the Scizor beat the Arbok with Bullet punch...
Alex sees this and his eyes shine...
he could get stronger and maybe...
he would be able to talk to me...
then the man returns both of them and seems satisfied...
then...
he saw Alex...
Alex feels curious and walks towards him...
after Alex gets close, the man kneeled and looked at him smiling.
"hi there little guy, what are you doing here?" the man Asked kindly...
"i want to train!" he said to the man, luckily the man understand...
"you want to be strong too?" he asked again, Alex quickly nodded in agreement
"sure, I'll train you... i should give you a nickname first... what about Price?" the man Asked...
Alex tries to tell him the name he already had... but... he knows if he declined...
he won't be able to train...
so...
he nodded slowly...
"okay then, lets get started" he said as he opened a Pokeball and his first opponent...
is a Duskull...
...
this is unfair...
ralts has no ability to do anything... he doesn't even know a move to use...
but luckily... the man is generous and only give a very weak attack but... very effective.
Alex was fine with this as he sees this as a challenge...
but he didn't realize that the man is trying to prevent him from getting stronger...
but in the end...
he got too strong...

Alex has an almost normal life for the past two years... with most training still fair... his old friends are still good... and he manage to meet me more frequently... but he is not allowed to enter the house by his trainer... then...
one day...
when battles the same Duskull...
he evolved...
with this...
his power reached to another level...
he beats Duskull almost easily thanks to his new form...
but...
his training went from fair...
to almost unfair...
and the Trainer...
only gave him an oran berry when he finished training...
he was taken care by him back then...
but...
he stopped...
Alex is still fine with it and thought of it as:
the way to be stronger.

it was wrong...
why can't you realize this...

after he is done with the training...
Alex comes to the clear yard early and sees a rather large boulder laying on the field...
then he climbs up and looks at the blue and clear sky as the winds blows through his pain...

"Alex?" a very familiar voice heard... he loses his attention to the sky and look below to see who calls his name.
it was me, with my question. Alex nods on reply to make sure that he have the right call.
"oh! you evolved!" i said with a proud smile at him.
not realizing what he went through...
he thoughts about if he should tell him or not by looking down at the grass,
"What happened? are you hurt?" i asked curiously,
Alex tries to not really show it by facing at the sky again...
then he heard a shuffle at Justin, he faced at him again and see an odd looking berry, it's not the oran berry again.
"here! have this!" i said as i handed him the fruit that is odd for him.
with acceptance he used psychic and lift the berry towards him, then he grabs it with his paw once it was near enough for his reach. treecko and i then sits besides Alex as he takes a bite on the new berry...
then...
he tasted something different...
it's not spicy...
and it's sweeter...
but...
it's not just the taste that makes it incredibly delicious...
it's...
something else...
he wasn't sure what it was...
"you liked it?" his close human friend asked,
he reply with nodding joyfully, forgetting the harsh training he went through as Alex eats the fruit...
then...
they looked at the sky...
it was clear...
then he thought it was the perfect time to try his new power to talk more clearly...
with confidence...
Alex looked at me...
and he said...
"thanks"
then he saw me reacted to the word, i looked at him
"wait... did you say that?" i said with hope of correctness,
with joy of response, he added
"yup" Alex said confidently as he nodded
then justin stands up with excitment
"whoa! that is cool!" he said loudly, his friend Treecko smiled as he was surprised as well.
"How?" he added, but with no known knowledge about his ability, he honestly said
"um... I'm not sure" with him being able to talk to his first human friend, he finally felt as if he achieved something big...
"oh! i should tell Dad abou-" with my words of referring the man, he blurted out with fear
"NO!" Alex yelled suddenly as both of his friends flinch at the sudden yell
"Huh? what's wrong?" the naive me said...
he can't tell him what happened...
so...
"uh... nothing... just... please don't call me by my name... and tell your father about this" Alex said desperately...
"why?" the little me said...
he feels bad to not tell him...
even if he was his first human friend...
with the exception of that man...
with his thoughts, he rubbed his right arm...
"reasons" he said as he hides the fact...
"Oh... alright then! deal!"
my words surprised him... he knows that he hides it just to keep me away from problems that he shouldn't intervene...
he say his friends returning home as they Justin and Treecko jumped down from the boulder and start to head home as he sees his trainer on the house...
then Justin stopped and turns around as he waved goodbye to his friend
"see you later Kirlia!" i yelled from far away
Alex waved back and smiles...
but he can't smile happily as his thought are still in about his trainer...
he looked at me and Treecko talked at the house, then we went in another room where the there is no more Glass...
he looked at the trainer that is staring at him...
he felt...
uneasy...
then he went in the same room as i and Treecko did, leaving Alex alone on the boulder...
he looks at the sun on east as another wind blows...
he knows that he's close to be able to live with him...

Alex manage to have some fun with us for the past two days, they always meet up at the boulder early in the morning...
it was night time, tomorrow. he would train with another pokemon... he tries to sleep at the grass pile that the rest are sleeping and Kangaskhan made. his sleep was interrupted when a drop of water fell to his forehead...
he wakes up and looks up to see nothing but the dark sky...
he looks around and see the rest sleeping...
his old home is at a field with other kept pokemons are sleeping...
and they are all mostly belong to that man...
he gets up and walks towards a nearby forest to walk around...
he want's to see my house in the night...

the almost same feeling when his trainer stared at him that day...
he looks around to only see the dark trees and the cold wind...
he tries to shake it of but...

then...
he heard something landed behind him...
he turns around to see a dark figure...

he suddenly felt pain at his stomach, with the sudden pain, he falls down and curled up as the pain on his stomach overwhelms him...

he opened his eyes to see the dark figure looking directly at him...
he felt another drop of water falls on his forehead as he sees something shines by the moon right at top of him...
he was unsure...
but he knows that it would finish him...
he felt wet and cold around his body...
Alex closes his eyes as he flinch at the shining object striking towards him...
a tear drops on Alex eyes as fear strikes him...

Alex only felt another drop of water...

Alex suddenly feels like the figure was gone...
he opened his eyes to see the figure is gone...
he looks around to only see water around him...
his stomach is still in pain...
he decides to went back home quickly and rest again...

after he reaches his home where the rest are still sleeping at the open grass field. he decide to sleep near the Kangaskhan to ease his panic...
after a while...
he drifts to sleep...

it was the day of his training...
he wakes up to see that the rest is still sleeping, so he gets up and walks towards the battle field...
forgetting what happened recently...
it's still dark...
then...
he reaches the battlefield to see his trainer already standing on it...
and see a Charmeleon standing right beside him...
he felt the need of confidence as he approaches them...
then...
their training began...

Alex didn't succeed...
while trying to block the harsh flamethrower by the Charmeleon. most of his body is injured...
it's already past dawn...
and it's in the morning...
he tries to walk towards my house as his entire body is in pain and tired, at one point... he can't walk anymore.
so with a pain on his legs, he wasn't able to get to the grass plain yard where he meets up with me. and sit's by a nearby tree to rest...
he looks at the leaves shade him from the sun...
with the quite peace on his mind, he tries to fall asleep...

"Alex!" a call was heard from the distance, waking him up... he looks at the one who calls him...
it was me...
he felt cringe and fear by that name...
"please... don't call my name" Alex said sadly and tiredly
"oh... sorry, i forgot" i said as i scratched the back of my head,
"What happened to you!" Justin suddenly added, with sadness... he replied.
"i was training"
"with my Dad?" with the word that reminds him about the man, he nodded as he felt angry...
"why wouldn't he healed you!" i suddenly screamed, Alex added the reason he had on his own mind...
"he said that...i should get tougher"
"What?!" an unexpected reply from me made Alex feel fear, then Justin stands up a tries to run back home...
Alex thought that he would yell at his trainer because of him, he was afraid that he won't be able to meet me again after that...
"WAIT!" Alex yelled at me with fear in his heart, then i stopped and looked at Alex again...
he's listening
"don't tell him!" Alex pleaded at me...
"why!" i asked
then Alex thought of something he had recently
"he will be mad" Alex said, hoping that i would understand...

then i sigh as to meant of understandment but also dissapointment
"Okay... i will get you some stuff!" i said as i run towards my house...

Alex felt more relaxed after that...
but also sadder...

he thought of something that scares him...
"What is the point of me training?" he thought to him self
"i like to battle! that's why!" he said out loud to himself as well

"Kirlia! i brought you some stuff!" a yell was heard, he looked at me running at him with a basket
he remembers an important reason why he trained...
so he could be with me...
then Alex smiled as the thought entered his mind...
as Justin kneeled at him, he handed the familiar Sitrus berry to Alex. he joyfully takes it with his left paw and bites it...
while busy eating it...
Alex felt his right arm getting wrapped...
he is fine with it...
until at one point where he tighten it that make his arm jolt in pain...
with the sudden pain, he squeaked in pain and also gritted his teeth as he almost squeezed the berry on his left paw...
"Sorry!" i said with worry, Alex felt quite interrupted as he is eating
"you didn't tell me it's gonna hurt!" Alex blurted out.
"Sorry!" i said again to clarify...
Alex minds this off when he bites at the Berry again while i kept patching him...

after justin bandaged both of his arms and his head, they both look up at the orange sky. Alex thought that i would be a nice time to be together...
"oh! i should head back now!" Justin yelled, then he sprints back home... Alex felt guilt of taking their time and fun... instead... i helped Alex to feel better...

he can't hide his emotion as he looks down on his bandaged arm...
he promised him self that tomorrow... he would be able to succeed...

it was the day after he was bandaged by his human friend... his friends seems to be fine with Alex new Apperance, but the Kangaskhan seemed to be more worried. it is almost dawn, after he gets up from his leaf pile and took of the bandages that i gave him. he walks towards the battlefield again, stronger than ever...

after he finds the battle field again, he sees his trainer and his Charmeleon standing besides each other again, he is prepared...
he comes to his side and his trainer sees him...
"Price, i want to give you something. promise you won't take it off before you evolved" he said seriously to him, Alex nodded confidently
then his trainer handed him a pendant with an odd looking stone. Alex picks it up by his Psychic and put it over his neck. it actually fits perfectly
"it's time for you to learn a new move" the main said straight forward. Alex nodded and quickly ready him self at the battle field, the Charmeleon also readies him self at the other side of the battlefield. while his trainer watch over them outside of the battlefield, positioned at the center in the side of the battlefield.
"today. you'll learn protect, Charmeleon will blast you with fire while you try to block his attack by making a screen right in front of you, and also... we won't stop until you succeed" Alex shuddered by his words... but he shrugged it of as he concentrated on his opponent.
"Tina!" he yelled as the Charmeleon named Tina fired a powerful flamethrower
Alex tries to make a screen right in front of him but...
nothing appeared...
then...
the Flame burns him as his attempt...
failed...

Alex is thought... he didn't manage to get badly hurt like last time, but he is tired the amount of flames that hit's him, Tina felt guilt as she fires more Flamethrower at Alex...
"Again!" The trainer yelled, this time. the Charmeleon Tina hesitated... but she fired it in the end...
Alex can't think about making the screen as he is almost too tired to battle. this time, the Fire hits him while he is thinking, making a surprise. he blocks his eyes from getting burned with his right arm...
but...
it got badly burned...
making it swollen...
after the trainer sees his first fall, he hides his smile then ordered Tina to stop
"Tina! your training is over!" he said as he returns her back, Alex heard she said sorry on the way...
"tomorrow, we'll try again... you should have know that this is useless" the trainer said as he harshly tells him and walks away...
Alex felt... despair and uselessness when his harsh trainer said that...

i can't believe I'm his son...

the sun has already risen, luckily this time, his training went better... hit only right arm hurt, he manage to get to the yard, he sits on the same boulder again...
he looks at the sky to empty his mind about what his trainer recently said.
then he heard someone coming, he knows this feeling and sees Justin and Treecko coming towards him, he moved aside to give them space to sit but... ended up hurting his right arm more, he doesn't realize that the Grunted when he moved. after Justin sit's beside him, he noticed that he brought a basket and also sees his right injured arm.
"what happened now!" i yelled as i try to ask for an explanation
with sadness, Alex said:
"i was Trying to use Protect... but it failed... so i took the Price" Alex accidentally said his other name
then Alex heard me sighing as i opened the basket to reveal some bandages, but also a bottle with some wordings in it. with curiosity, Alex asked about the bottle
"What is that?" Alex said as Justin pours the filling to a wrap of bandage
"it's so that you heal faster!" Justin said excitedly, Alex trust his words... so he anticipated it.
then Treecko handed him a Sitrus berry, Alex kindly takes it.
he felt a light touch on his right arm as he felt the burn by the touch, but he minds it of as he trust his friend
"this one might hurt" Justin said a warning to Alex, but he minds it of and bit the berry. then a wet feel of intense burn suddenly felt at his right arm. the pain is enough to make him flinch, he also clenched his teeth, in the end the berry he is biting squirts out it's inner juice as he bites it all of a sudden. the pain still lingers his entire arm, making his head a bit dizzy.
"Sorry...should you finish your berry first?" Justin asked
he doesn't want to interrupt the process... but he really wants to finish his favorite food...
so, he replied with "no" as he shakes his head, telling me to continue. he felt the burn again but it's bearable...
so...
he continued eating to ignore and heal the pain...

after he finished his berry, Alex heard me sighed in relief. Alex looked at Justin to see him laying on the boulder, bathing the sun as he noticed that his arm is already wrapped up, and the pain is gone already. and actually felt comfortable.
"it... actually feels nice" Alex said with joy
"yup!" i said with relief, then Alex looks at the sky and sigh,
he needs some rest for tomorrow training...
so, he decided to leave me and Treecko at the boulder. hoping to do better tomorrow...

he almost enters the forest...
"Wait!" Justin yelled from the boulder, then he jumps of and starts coming towards Alex,

"i have another idea for your training!" Justin said his thoughts.

"huh?" Alex felt great interest with his idea
"what about i train you!" Justin said surprisingly, Alex felt joy by his idea
"what? how?" Alex asked about the idea
"well... it was quite simple! i wanted to be a trainer as well! so i will train you so i could be a trainer!" Justin explained his reason and the idea...
he looks down as he heard the word Trainer... he didn't wan't to suffer like what his Trainer did...
but he knows it will be different...
so he accepts and nods determinedly.
"Alright! let's do this!" Justin excitedly roar
Justin leads them as they went in the forest...
Alex has a feeling that this will be better than before...

Alex tries to focus his energy to make a field... but i kept failing as Treecko misses an Energy ball intentionally.
it's been a while...
"oh boy! how do we do this!" Justin thought to himself out loud
"hey!" a sudden call was heard when Alex stopped concentration when he sees Frogadier leaning at a tree, seeming patient.
"wait... how long have you seen us training?" Justin asked
"for an hour" Frogadier replied clearly
"uh..."
"he said that he has been looking at us for an hour" Alex translate to justin
"really?"
"yeah" Frogadier said almost annoyed
the Alex hear Justin sighed
"This is going nowhere!" justin yelled at himself, Alex sighed as he notice this as well...
Frogadier then pushed Treecko of to stand in front of Alex,
Alex doesn't have a good feeling about this...
what is he doing...

"PSSH!"
a sudden gush of water hit's Alex as he thinking.
"AAGGH!" Alex screams in pain as the painful water hit's him
"Kirlia!" Justin yelled with concern.
he can't fail again...
not to me...
he concentrated his energy to his arms...
then...
the water stopped hitting him...
"Alex! you did it!" Justin cheered from the distance,
Alex heard Justin... he opens his eyes to see Frogadier through a cyan transparent screen...
he did it...
with ease, Alex scatters the energy thus making the Shield disappears...
Treecko cheered from the distance...
then he sees Frogadier walking away from them...
where is he going?
"Wait!" Justin yells at Frogadier to stop him. Frogadier looks at Justin with the expression of uselessness...
"Can't you train with us?" Justin asked...
...
"if you're strong enough" he said clearly as he hoped to a nearby tree and starts to jump onto another, dissapearing from their view
"Frogadier!" Justin yells with satisfaction
"he said he will if we're strong enough" Alex translate to Justin.
"huh? does that include me?"
"maybe?" Alex said unsurely...

finally...
Alex can train correctly now...

a few years have passed...
most of Alex days are training with his human friend...
his only human friend...
he's finally allowed to enter Justin house after he learned spychic...
he finally have a home...
he wondered if there is any other humans that could befriend with him...
but that thought quickly vanished as he got struck by a Flamethrower,
"Price! concentrate!" the trainer yells dipleasingly at Alex
Alex heart felt rage as he is getting tired of these unfair training, but he knows he's strong enough to beat it, he quickly launch a shadow ball at his opponent Charmeleon, she takes the hit and stumbles, Alex felt something holds his power... it might be the pendant...
he knows if he beat his rival, he will be gifted a reward that change his life...
a reward...
of freedom with me...
he quickly launches another Shadow ball at her, but she destroys it with flame thrower, Alex blocks it with his old move Protect, then uses psychic to end it. Alex lifts Charmeleon Tina up and then crashing down... ending the battle...
he finally won... for the first time...
the trainer seemed shocked...
then Alex read his mind...
"how could he beat Tina, i already trained her more than that Kirlia!" the dark trainer thought...
Alex felt something he haven't felt before...
is it-
"nice job... it think it's time for your gift after succeeding" the trainer calmly said
"follow me" he said as he walks towards to a way that Alex felt familiar...
it's too his house...
the sun is rising...
he beated her that early?

after a while and unsure walk, they finally arrived at their house, they see Justin excitedly running towards them with his Sceptile friend...
"Dad! you came back!" justin excitely said to his father as he was running
"yes, he got a prize" the trainer said happily
"Really!" Justin added excitedly, more than ever
after Justin and his companion came to the trainer, he pick something from his pocket...
Alex never thought that he would actually change...
he felt a power kept inside the stone that the trainer carries...
is this the power that kept him from changing...
"is it the time?" Justin asked
the trainer Chukles...
"yes... it is" he replied smiling
Justin without thinking quickly takes the stone from his father's hands and stands infront of Alex
"Kirlia... are you ready?"
Alex nods happily as he takes of the pendant that holds his true power for a long time...
"Alright! here we go!" he said as he handed Alex the stone...
without second thoughts Alex grabs it...
suddenly a surge of power enters him from the stone he grabbed, he felt the power changing him entirely... the power manage to force his body to form another being...
his entire nervous system moved to a new from...
his heart felt the same...
but his mind matured into another level...
but he didn't mind it...
then...
he opened his eyes to see his human friend, lower than him...
Justin eyes feels with excitement...
"kir- i mean, Gallade!" Justin said surprised.
he look at his chest to see a red spike on it, it moved to his chest, he looked at his now more thicker and powerful leg... it's better than before...
then he looked at his arm... he felt he can move something in his arm...
he tries it and a elbew extends like a blade...
after he retracted it. noticed that he doesn't have a skirt anymore,
and his head felt more lighter and free...
and a power that he never felt...
then he looked at Justin to show his new from, without second thoughts Justin hugged Alex...
maybe he should think twice before doing it...
Alex felt more pressure at his spike and realized that Justin just stabs himself.
"ack!" Justin yelped as he jumped back and hold his chest in pain
"Are you okay?" Alex said to Justin with concern
"y-yeah! I-I'm fine!" justin said in pain
"you should start considering that now" the trainer told justin
"yeah-yeah" Justin shrugged of the pain...
alas...
Alex is finally free...
he can finally become Justin pokemon after all he went through...

"wait! his training is not done yet"
Alex heart dropped
"WHAT!"Alex and Justin yelled in unison
"w-what do you mean? i thought that when Kirlia evolved, it would be done? you said it to me!" Justin added
"well... I'm afraid he is still not ready yet" the trainer makes a reason...
is he doing this on purpose?
"Also" he added
"his name would be 'Price'" the trainer said Alex other name
"wait, what!" justin yelled in disbelief...
"what do you mean, what? I've been calling him that for 9 years" the trainer tells the truth to his son...

Alex backs up as he was pinned by the tree behind him with the gaze of Sceptile disappointment and Greninja rage terrify his heart...
"i don't want to tell you... i really like the name you gave me, i really do!" he tries to bring the mood back....
"then why didn't you tell me!" Justin madly said...
Alex lost for words by those yells...
his heart can't take it lightly...
"What name do you prefer... tell me!"
he can't keep it anymore...

"Alex!" he yelled out his name with fury and sorrow
"i don't want to be called by my name because of your Dad!" he added furiously

he opens his eyes to see the tree behind him cut cleanly...
then the disconnected tree falls down revealing the dawn...

a year has passed when Alex evolved to his last form...
he felt dizzy after the harsh training he went through as he sits in front of the glass door with Glaz the Sceptile...
he looks at the yard feeling peace...
thanks to Justin help, he manage to be more successful on his training... even though it's pointless but more torture...
he hoped that it will be over...

he looked at the forest and felt that i had fallen into trouble...

i was walking around the forest, just checking the large ground of our land as i watch over other pokemon behavior as i kept this large yard well, after i followed the river. i came across the top of the very tall waterfall. seeing the water falling down bellow me satisfy my heart...
Alex has went a through a lot of stuff over this years...
Glaz manage to help on Alex wounds...
Dark protects him from any unfair harms...
Curtana kept an eye on dad...
i would like to have Tina on my team but...
i don't really like Chairzard...
but Tina is very sweet.

"Bonsly!"
a cry of help suddenly heard behind me! i turned around to see a Bonsly on a Stone platform floating in the middle of the river! it coming towards the Waterfall!
"Bonsly!" i yelled at him, he notice me and jumps to bring more attention
"Bon-Bon!" he yells again as a water splash to him, making him more scared
"wait! hang on!" i yell again as i runs towards him while still being on the ground, then i stop when i was near enough to jump on the stone platform! then...

i grunted as i landed on the stone, i quickly stablelize my self as i land on the floating stone

were close to the end of the river!
without second thought i throw the Heavy Bonsly towards the safe ground!
"Bon!" he yelped as he land on the safe ground
then i look at what's ahead of me...

then i felt my legs not touching anymore...
i looked down at the lake that is beautiful...

i feel the water falls with me as i looked at the sky with the sun bathing me...
and the Face of Bonsly looking at me from the top of the waterfall...

am i going to fall and die?

there's no way...
i closed my eyes and hold my breath as instinct hit's...
then...
suddenly, something wraps my waist and spine as a sudden powerful push from the wrapping it self...
did something catched me?
after the push felt light...
i feel i was being carried...
i stopped holding my breath and opened my eyes to see my catcher...
a slim figure with what seems like a blue mask... a red eye that looked deep at my soul... and the red triangle mark at what seems to be it's chest...
it's not human...

then i felt near to the ground...
i looked down to see the lively grass...
i can feel that the one who saved me is releasing me...
i drop down at the ground and see my savior...

we just stared at each other for a while...
i don't care if it's dangerous... it just saved me!
then Alex came running to see the unknown large pokemon with a plane like body...
he can only standstill...
then i turns around without a word and flies up...
"Wait!" i yelled at my unknown savior...
he stops and looks at me...
i feel that he's...

"can we be friends?" i asked at the unknown...
"friends?" it said to me with his stren expression...
wait! did he use telepathy?
"Y-yeah! you seem lonely... would you like to be my friend?" i ask again...

"yes" he said honorably...
"ok! then here!" i said as i picked up a Pokeball, he look at it and seemed... surprised...
it looks at somewhere to think... it touch the button of Pokeball that i have on my hand... and he went in!
it shakes for three times until it clicked...
i opened it again to release him...
after he was formed... he looks at me with still with his stern look... but it looked more relaxed...
"you can go on do whatever you want... just make sure you return in three days!" i said happily,
it smiled slightly as it nods at me...
then he flies of to disappear in seconds!

is that a pokemon?
"Justin! are you hurt!" Alex yells at me worriedly as i noticed him.
"I'm fine! in fact! he saved me!" i added, then Alex looked at the sky to try to see him again...
"what do you think is he?" Alex said with curious...
"i think he's one of the legend pokemons..."
then i suddenly realized something...
"G-gah! i forgot to nickname him!" i yelled at myself as Alex facepalm...

everything went well... until Justin 12th birthday, he got a gift of another pokemon. it is a Rockruff, a cute Canine pokemon from the Alola region that manage to bring more attention to Justin...
Alex is concern about this... but the rockruff is very nice, even too Alex... but he felt as if the Rockruff is after Justin... which is fine for him but... it's something different...
Alex is on another training with him...
this time, his training to be a better teammate. he was ordered to tag team with Ivysaur as his opponents are an Arcanine and flareon...
there is one rule...
if the Ivysaur fainted, he would fail his training...
and...
he did failed...
all of his opponent are concentrating to the Ivysaur...
thus he lost as he failed to protect his team...
he didn't even got any minor injuries...
only dirty...
when Alex is trying to go home after the training failed...
but then his trainer halted him to not go back home...
he want's to meet me but...
he can't disobey his trainer...

he rest outside...
he decide to go back to the day he learned that move...
the tree he cutted...
when he sits on the tree stump he cutted, he looks at the sky as he ponder about his trainer...
he kept pondering...
he didn't even realize that it's dusk...

he looks at the caller and it's his human friend Justin...
"Why aren't you coming to our house?" Justin added,
Alex thinks about what to say as he hung his head down...
"i failed the training... now i need to be outside for the day" he said to Justin Calmly
"What!" he didn't take it lightly...
"since when dad doesn't let you come back?"
"since that Rockruff came" Alex said with the tone at the hatred... but also guilt...
"well... he was nice and all" Justin added, this fills Alex with more hatred as he growled...
he doesn't want that thing to take or replace him...
"i-i didn't mean that i liked him more than you! we've been together for years!"
Justin got a point right...
he's been together for years, more than the new pokemon...
"yeah" Alex said satisfied a little
"well... at least you should be friends with him" Justin added
"i think it will be hard for me" Alex added as he looks at the sky mindlessly...

"you should clean yourself... mom would be cleaning you at this rate" Justin added with a joke.
"huh... yeah" he said as he looks at his dirty arm...
"I'll be going to the river now" Alex stands up and walk towards west to be at the river...
"wait! I'm coming too!" Justin yelled as Alex heard running footstep coming towards him...
"why?" Alex said as Justin already cathed up...
"well... i just want to spent more time with you"
Alex thought this as heartwarming and funny... he can't hold him self to giggle...
"alright" he said, accepting Justin wish...
they both then went to the river to clean them self, while also playing together...
"he can't steal my friend that easy..." Alex thought to himself on the way...

a year has passed... Justin now rarely came outside... and Alex failed his training for the most of the time... not because he's not strong enough... it was because the situation that is unfairly made by his trainer...
the Latios named Aivat sometimes visit Alex...
but he has a business...
so he rarely meet Alex...
in the end...
Alex almost alone...
even his old friend doesn't want to play with him anymore...
thanks to his trainer...
he sits at the grass looking at the falling sun as leaves are falling...
it's almost dusk...
it's been two days since Justin haven't visited him...
he manage to only get back in his house 3 times a week...

a creak from a wood heard near them as Justin opened a basket. he takes the berry that can only keep Alex happy...

Alex takes a bite at the berry he beloved...
he can't ignore the sweet and unknown feeling every time he bites it...
it brings him joy...

he hoped that this could be every day...

"tomorrow is my exam" he added in the silence

"Nice!" the spirit of his friend make his heart lightened...
