Chapter 253 : A Run Out Luck

It was hard for Xiao Liu to stay in one place, she roamed around the lake even as went deep in the forest, squealing and giggling at the littlest thing like a butterfly passing by. Xiao Liu always finds a way to escape but she never just walks down to the mountain as easily as today and she twirls, taking the sweet musky scent of the soil. Dong Hai looks at her carefree playing around, it is easy to tease her and it is as easy to make her laugh. So easily she forgets her woes as easily distracted by the butterfly. Dong Hai sat leaning on the tree with his hand rested on his knees. When she turns to look at him, he closes his eyes.

Xiao Liu titles her head, is he sleeping? She went closer to him.

"My lord?" She called tentatively, as she kneels down and crawls closer to him. 

He seems relaxed and looks so peaceful while sleeping. As she admires his sleeping face she leans closer.
