Hong Liu turned wide and flushed.

The moment broke. Dong Hai pulled away slowly. The mortification burning her cheeks she looked away as Dong Hai faced the man he hadn't seen for a very very long time.

Hong Liu took several deep breaths, trying to calm her racing heart. She composed herself quickly and turned to see her master's twinkling eyes.

"Master," Hong Liu bowed in respect.

Dong Hai met the intruder's blue eyes and a slight smirk appeared on his lips.

"I see, your expedition went well, Hong'er"

Hong Liu smiles, it still feels so surreal and she looks above the pool.
