Set off in the year of 2018, in the capital of Manila, the group of 7 friends, together with the office worker's brother, a popular actress, and a painter, were mystically followed by a person wearing a black hoodie. 

Everyone has a secret to keep, but when someone tries to peek into the gloom, you will never know how dark they are.

I originally entitled this story "Diyes" which means "Ten" in Latin words. It also released this story in the year 2018 as an unofficial/ school project film on the university premises of Pamantasan ng Cabuyao. 

Together with the author herself — that's me — the story's arranged with Razil Jane Mamplata and Chris Joshua Gonio as the main scriptwriters for the film. 

However, the book was written by me myself with many additional scenes that are not shown in the school film.

Ten Darkest Secrets (Betrayer Series Book #1)

September 20th, the year 2018. Thursday.

Lieutenant Han noted, "Carmela Torres... your friend, Lieutenant Dela Rosa... she's now awake."

Lieutenant Han chimed in. He's the new team member of the Major Crimes Division, along with Sergeant Park. The detectives were assigned to interrogating and guarding Abbey and Xyrelle Martinez.

Marcus staggered back, his heart had bumped out of his ribcage for the meantime. It was too long before Carmela was conscious once again. Marcus dropped the papers on the floor as he stifled a gasp.

Luckily, it didn't scatter all around the floor or he was going to be doomed. If so, the officers who had done their best to compile each one of those reports will be scratching their heads. Marcus heard the thunk of the clipboard, the sound of the paper flipping over one another.
