Silence Before Strom .....

CAFETERIA l :

Before sister SHEELA could speak anything, SAHAR excitedly stopped her in middle of talk. SAHAR didn't give her a chance to speak & asked- "So you're interested in our discussion about that " DEMON BIG BOSS " or " DEVIL RIHAAN BOSS" , whatever tag he has . Did everyone forget to give him adjectives( devil & demon) before like how he is . Tell me what HE (RIHAAN) did to you?

"DEMON BIG BOSS ! "

" DEVIL RIHAAN BOSS ! "

Sister SHEELA pronounced again this two words little loudly , that both SAHAR and SHIYA could listen it.

Sister SHEELA was looking at SAHAR with a little surprised , but she did not let other to know what she was thinking from her expressions.

And OTHERSIDE Secretary SHIYA who was listening, what SAHAR was telling to head director SHEELA nonstop. She was feeling pityful for SAHAR and herself because she knew that they were about to lose their job soon.

Before Sister SHEELA could ask to know more from her about XUO BOSS'es and before Secretary SHIYA could tell something to stop SAHAR, SAHAR completely unheard and unseen their strange behaviour , said again :--

(smiled)....Do you like it their new tag ?

(seeing no expresso on Sister sheela face ,sahar continued ) .... I know, DEVIL RIHAAN is a grossly stubborn, Arrogant and bitter tounge boss who just wants to satisfy his ego. Except for everyone in this company, he is the one who only has a lack of courtesy and he has no respect for anybody , specially not for women . He is the worst man I have ever seen in my this lifetime yet….

Secretary SHIYA who was praying for her own good, Hearing SAHAR speak out loud to sister SHEELA about RIHAAN BOSS, suddenly her eyes ball came out of her eye socket in surprise. Because , she didn't think that SAHAR will share her real thought about boss in front of Head Director SHEELA . she knew this is not good sign for both of them.

Secretary SHIYA wanted to Interrupted between them to stop SAHAR to talk more nonsense but sister SHEELA 's eyes gaze were saying her to " keep quiet & stay away . let her speak what she wants , Because I want to listen her ". and this time SHEELA didn't miss the chance to let SAHAR continue more but speak first .

SHEELA gave her light smile and asked :- you are new employee here so how could you say that he is bad boss this early ? hm?

SAHAR :- Hadn't you felt it yet ?.... amm? (with awkward expresso) what is your name i forgot to ask you ? (smiled towards her with raise right hand to shake for intro.)

" Hello ! my name is SHEELA and I work here . "--head director SHEELA just simply replied her back.

" Hy ! my name is SAHAR ! nice to meet you." SAHAR shook hand with smile and continue what SHEELA asked her before....

SAHAR said :- Yeah ! sister SHEELA ! you are right , I am new here but don't you know we women have six senses , ..... like we can see beyond what is happening .we can hear everything behind the wall what other is saying .we can feel beyond what can be happen . we can smell from far that what is cooking behind our back .So it's easy for woman to know about man "HOW IS HE (RIHAAN) " ?

Maybe , he is good in front of his 'so called' rich people but his actions towards others and me in this company is pityful and this shows that he isn't a 'GOOD PERSON' and 'BIG BOSS' .

(SAHAR was saying all for RIHAAN but sister sheela (HD) got confused that whom she was talking about RIHAAN or BIG BOSS . Because she knew that only RIHAAN is here in this company from few months whom she met .BIG BOSS is went out from this city for his business .so she can't meet him and she is new worker here .so get to know more clearly about her opinion towards Boss'es , she asked SAHAR, further more ques. )

SHEELA was little surprised after listening her point of view but confused that whom she was talking about BIG BOSS or RIHAAN boss .

so head director (HD) SHEELA wanted to confirm on matter about XUO BOSS , thats why she asked :-- but aren't you becoming a little judgemental towards 'BIG BOSS' . because women senses based on their observation skills and intuition for others . if you want to know , how is that person in real , you should give him a time and chance to know more.

Who knows, " BIG BOSS " should have a different person that you have never met , And maybe BIG BOSS have different personalities that you have never seen it before .

Because you cannot judge a book by cover and not even after one or two chapters. Because you have to be a little patient to understand it well that tough book . Allow up to fifty chapters , May that change your opinion. Because every book has different shades and story to tell others but what readers can understand in the end that is different also . Do not you think so.

SAHAR smiled & said :- I agree with what you are saying, but others have their own personal experiences and no one should judge and judge that this cannot be possible. Just because you didn't face it, didn't see it or just because you didn't go through that phase.

Sometimes we should give the other person a chance so that they can feel free, speak freely and live in peace. Every person, whatever he may be, works for his family, food, home and to fulfill his needs. People in this company also contribute their hard work to make this company successful.

(SAHAR was talking about them who have normal life who work hard to get money for their families and needs in XUO Company And RIHAAN has no good behaviour towards them. But for (HD)SHEELA , these lines suit her BIG BOSS very well.)

SAHAR continued :- But some people are rich by birth and others have less money than they have to humiliate, harass or try to intimidate. They simply have the power of money and think very little about others but as I said they also have the same goal of earning money (family, food, home and the needs).

(Now, SAHAR was talking about RIHAAN boss. and this time (HD) sheela was sure that sahar was talking about RIHAAN BOSS. Because she knew RIHAAN well....)

SAHAR looked into her (HD) eyes straightly and said with confident smile :--What

We want some respect and our dignity that we all deserve from them as they , "highly seated boss" deserves from us, .. nothing else.
