Chapter 7: Becoming part of one's Family

"Why do I smell something delicious?" I thought. When I regained what happened I immediately opened my eyes.

I saw a bulky man in his 30's standing there cooking and a beautiful woman who was reading a book.

"Where am I?" I thought. The woman noticed that I was awake and she asked me "Are you ok?"

"Y....yeah im fine but who are you and what am I doing here?" I asked the woman.

"Oh! My husband found you floating in the river with burn marks." she said.

I exactly regained what happened and I was a little ashamed of myself because I was the one who made myself drown.

"So youre awake? Here have some soup." the bulky man said and handed me the soup. As I started to sip the soup it was so good that I lost my sense and I drank it all up.

"Hahahaha! How was it was it delicious?" the man asked happily. "YES!!" I replied.

"Here have some seconds!" the woman said and refilled the bowl with tasty soup.

"THANK YOU SO MUCH!!" I replied with a big smile.

After I finished drinking the soup I immediately forgot about manners and I introduced myself " I am Tian Ron, you can call me Ron

"What a strange name you have there." the woman said.

"Hehehe well I am from another world actually." I said in my thoughts.

"My name is Rey Clarts. Nice to meet you,Tian Ron." the man said.

My name is Carol Clarts. the woman said with a smile.

"Nice to meet you" I greeted them.

After some time of telling stories,

"So where are you going now Ron?" asks Rey.

"I will go back to the forest." I replied.

"Noo!! You can't go there its too dangerous! Carol shouted.

"Calm down, honey." Rey calmed Carol.

"Oh sorry for shouting." Carol apologized.

"Why is it dangerous?" I asked both of them.

The two looked worried and Rey said "In the inner part of that forest magic beasts lives there. Some explorers went there and never came back alive. So you must not go there."

"But I have nowhere to go" I replied.

"Dont you have your parents?" asked Carol.

Well I am reincarnated si I dont have parents sssss..... I need to lie to protect my identity I said to my heart

(Oh I forgot about you system sorry hehe. Yeah it should be fine) I said to my thoughts

"My parents dissappeared when I was 10, so I spent 3 years living in the forest" I said with a sad tone.

Carol and Rey was almost about to cry and hugged me and said "What about you become our adopted child?"
