*Time Skip*

It was finally the day for them to get married. Time went by really quickly, the couple had to hire decorators, caterers, and florists.

They got to the venue separately at around 8 am, the Dynasty Weddings people were already there helping set up the rooms. Some of the staff members of the venue were also helping out.

The wedding wasn't until 2 pm, so they still had a lot of time.

"It's finally the day Jiang Cheng, I'm finally getting married."

"Thank god, Lan Zhan can finally take you off my hand."

"Hey, don't say that; you'll miss me."

"It's not like you are going anywhere, you will still be in New York. I can always just take the train to go see you"

"Awe."

"When are the other guests coming?"

"The wedding is at 2 so they should be coming around like 12-1 pm."

"Where is Nie-Xiong, I told him to be here early."

"I'm pretty sure I saw him with his brother, he's probably slacking off somewhere."

"Hm, probably."

"Hey, I'm going to go check up on how the decorations are going."

"Thank you, Jiang Cheng."

"Of course."

After Jiang Cheng left, Xichen came in.

"How's my brother in law?"

"Xichen, I'm so nervous."

"Everyone is nervous on their wedding day, you will be fine."'

"Okay,"

It was time to do Wei Ying's makeup, someone came in with their face covered with a mask. That made Wei Ying worried about who it was because he didn't remember hiring a makeup artist. There were also guards outside the room as this man came in.

"Is this person famous or something."

"Annyeonghaseyo, hwajanghaleo wass-eoyo."

"What?"

"Oops, hello; I'm not used to speaking English. I'm here to do your makeup."

"Oh, okay; nice to meet you."

"Are you ready to get married?"

"I'm so nervous."

"That is normal."

As the makeup artist was doing Wei Ying's makeup, Wei Ying couldn't help but wonder if he knew this person. The name was at the tip of his tongue, but he just didn't know what it was.

"You have very good skin."

"Um thank you."

Soon enough the artist was done with the makeup.

"Um, can I ask you a question?"

"Sure."

"Do I know you, your voice and face seem so familiar."

The man quickly took off his mask and showed his face, when he saw Wei Ying's reaction he gave a wink at Wei Ying and left the room.

"W-was t-that BAEKHYUN?" thought Wei Ying

"No way, I must be going crazy."

Jiang Cheng came back into the room.

"What is up with you, you look like you saw a ghost."

"Idk, it definitely wasn't a ghost but I thought I just saw Baekhyun from EXO."

"What, that would be weird."

"I can't tell him, it is a secret present from Lan Wangji." thought Jiang Cheng

"Hm, maybe it's just wedding jitters," says Jiang Cheng

"Haha, maybe," says Wei Ying

*time skip*

It was now 12 pm, only 2 hours left until the start of the wedding. Wei Ying begged Jiang Cheng to let him go to the ceremony room, to see how many people arrived. There were already a handful. He sees, Imweidyay11, Jinxed_Angle_Reads, Ashleyhall232, MichiganSenpai, You Zhangjing with Lin Yanjun, Lin Chaoze, Xiao Xingchen with who he guesses is his manager that he talked about, and of course his family. He doesn't see Lan Zhan's uncle though, that worried him. He had a talk with him a couple of weeks ago about the wedding, but his uncle only gave him silence.

He goes to the reception hall, it was pretty much all decorated too. It was coming together better than he had expected.

There were still a lot of people who didn't arrive yet. Wei Ying was about to turn around to leave, when he gets a pat on the shoulder. He turns around, and sees someone he wasn't expecting to see; it was Yixing.

"Yixing, what are you doing here?"

"I'm here to congratulate you of course."

"Thank you, but how did you know?"

"It's a secret."

"Did Lan Zhan call you?"

"Yes."

"This is sweet of him."

"Yes, it is. Holding in his pride to give me a call."

"Haha, how long are you going to be here?"

"Until the whole party is over."

"REALLY! That's great, this is going to the best wedding ever."

"It sure will be." thought Yixing

"I can't believe you are here, I was thinking of inviting you but I expected you to be busy also we don't know each other that much."

"Haha, don't worry about it; It would be an honor to be at your wedding. It's also good for me to take occasional breaks, so let's just say this is my off day."

"Thank you so much."

"You shouldn't be thanking me, you should be thanking your man."

"Oh, I will." Wei Ying said with a wink

Yixing chuckled, he looks at his phone and sees a message from Suho saying that they were in the building.

"Sorry to leave you, but I need to go check on something."

"I can come with you."

"No, that is fine; I can do it myself."

"Um sure."

Yixing gave Wei Ying a hug before leaving to go check up on his group.

"Guys, you made it in one piece."

"Haha, very funny; your friend was really good with security."

"Of course, he called the best of the best."

"Okay, so do you guys remember what the plan is?"

"Of course Lay, we wait for your friend to walk down the aisle and say I do before we go into the room singing Best Luck."

"Are you guys ready?" Yixing asked

"We were born ready Lay-Hyung."

"That's the spirit."

"Is there any food out, I'm hungry," said Kai

"Our little Kai always hungry." Said Baekhyun

"I think there was some food in the reception hall, just don't eat all of it though."

"Don't worry, I won't."

Everyone went to the reception hall to get some food. Yixing went back to where Wei Ying was.

"Hey, you are back."

"Yeah, I just finished checking on something."

"Is it something for the wedding?"

"You can say that."

"Ooo."

"Are you ready, it's starting in 30 minutes."

"Don't remind me."

"You'll be fine, just think about the future that you and Lan Zhan will have after this wedding. Think of all the happy memories you guys have made and will make."

"Thanks."

There were some other people who came into the room to give their congrats before the wedding. They were Mini_latte, Music302, CeciLindaYag, Wen Junhui, and Xu Minghao.

"Hey guys, thanks for making it."

"We wouldn't miss it for the world," said Mini_latte

"Yeah, this is going to be the best wedding ever," said CeciLindaYag

"I know right, I can't believe that I'm at the wedding of Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian," said Music302

"Girls, girls; calm down," said Xu Minghao

"Yeah, it's just a wedding guy; there isn't anything to be squealing about," said Wei Ying

"What do you mean, do you even know who you are marrying? It's LAN WANGJI, the man of every male and females dreams," said Wen Junhui

"Haha, I know that."

"Is he the man of your dream?" Xu Minghao asked Wen Junhui

"Of course not, I have someone else."

"Who, it better not be Vernon."

"Why, what if it is him?"

"Then I will go beat him up."

Everyone just stood there in silence."

"Why do you care?"

"Cause you are mine."

"Um, okay."

Xu Minghao dragged Wen Junhui out, and the girls said their goodbyes as well.

"Well, that wasn't weird."

"Only 10 minutes until the wedding starts."

Wei Ying starts to walk down to where the doors to the ceremony were being held. Uncle was waiting there for him, he was going to walk down the aisle with Wei Ying.

"Congratulations, I know that in this family there are always some ups and downs but today it is finally your day to shine. Since the day that I met you, I am proud to have you as a son. Your parents would be so proud of who you have become today."

Wei Ying wanted to cry, he gave Jiang Fengmian a hug.

"I love you, dad."
