Two Red Eyes

After hearing Naruto's answer and seeing his dejected face, Ash also felt a little sorrowful. After some time, the silence was lifted when he heard a growl from Naruto's stomach. Naruto's face reddened instantly. Ash also hadn't had anything to eat after breakfast so he asked Naruto " what would you like to eat. My treat". At this Naruto smiled cheerfully and said " Ramen".

Naruto took him to Ichiraku Ramen. There Teuchi greeted both of them and said" What would you two like to have?". Naruto ordered a bowl of Miso ramen and Ash ordered chiken ramen. After finishing their meal and paying they both left. After walking for sometime, they were going to part ways but then Ash saw some people coming their direction. They were two middle aged men who were apparently drunk. One was bald while the other had some hair. After seeing Naruto, the bald one said "Look what do we have here, it's the demon brat. Why don't you go die some where. Wait,I will do the village a favour and get rid of you. Who knows maybe the hokage will

give me a good reward". After saying that, he grabbed Naruto by the collar of his shirt and was going to punch him but just then, a stone him straight in his face. The bald man stumbled backwards and fell. His friend behind him had no idea what happened. Before the other person could comprehend what transpired, Ash grabbed Naruto's hand and said "Run" and they started running in the direction opposite to the two men. After sometime, They both stopped and looked around.

After confirming that no one was following them. They parted ways and left in the direction of their houses. After Ash crossed the street and took a turn , he started walking.

After sometime ,Ash heard some noises of people shouting. When he went back, he saw a man with his foot on Naruto's face and the other guy kicking his stomach. Naruto was bleeding from his head and coughing up blood. The bald guy was shouting " How dare you try to hurt me. You demon should have been killed by the third hokage along time ago. You killed our beloved lord fourth hokage But the hokage still let you live . I will end your life after making you suffer". Hearing those words, Ash was furious. His chakra started to spike and his eyes started to bleed. Sensing the hatred in the surroundings, the guy with hair came to check but all he saw was two blood red eyes with two tomes in it. After watching that the man was coming towards him, time started to slow down and Ash could see the man coming towards him slowly. With quick movements, he jumped from his position to the nearby wall and from the wall jumped infront of the man and punched him in the face. The man's

Nose started to bleed and he retreated back a few steps. Ash didn't gave his enemy a chance and kneed him in the stomach. After his last attack the man fell on his knees clutching his stomach. After watching the man kneel, Ash proceeded to kick him in the face.

The man fell down unconscious. Witnessing what happened to his friend and looking at the blood red eyes. The bald man ran away. Ash went to Naruto and picked him up. To his surprise, The wound on Naruto's head was healing already and the bleeding had stopped. When Naruto opened his eyes, he saw Ash infront of him with a worried look on his face. He got up and asked Ash " Why did you come back to help me?". Ash replied " because you are my friend". Naruto started to cry after hearing those words. Ash got even more worried and asked " does it hurt alot?". Naruto answered while wiping his tears " No it's because I never had a friend before".
