"Threats from who?" Hua Ruolan asked curiously.

"Mu Feng, his brother and his father." Li Yan answered." I'm sure after that incident, Mu Feng became scared of someone finding out about what he did so he must have told his father and brother so that they would help him take care of it".

It was normal that Mu Feng's father and brother would do absolutely anything to protect their family's reputation even if it means killing someone.

Their business has already been ruined by Lu Qian and if this video gets out, they would not only loose their reputation, Mu Feng would also be sent to jail.

"Guys...this is huge...we wouldn't just be bringing down Mu Feng....his family would also be dragged in as well...." Wen Lan said sounding a bit worried.

"Serves them right...they covered up the murder of your sister for years despite knowing everything....they deserved to be punished for obstructing justice." Hua Ruolan reminded.

"Yes and not only that, it turns out that they have also been involved in some shady business over the last two years" Li Yan added.

"How shady?" Hua Ruolan asked curiously.

"It can get them three free beds in prison for a very long time" Li Yan answered.

"Seriously though....how do you know all these things?" Hua Ruolan asked with a hint of jealousy in her voice.

"I have someone backing me up" Li Yan answered.

"Who is it?" Hua Ruolan asked curiously.

"Don't worry cousin, it is clearly not the right time to loop you in" Li Yan answered with a big smile on her face.

Whoever was backing Li Yan up was obviously very clever and must have a lot of information, how else would Li Yan know all these things. Whoever that person is Hua Ruolan was definitely looking forward to meet him or her.

"Right now, I really don't care...as for Mu Feng, his father and his brother,let's make them know that playtime is over." Hua Ruo Lan said as the three women returned back to the party.

After they returned to the party, Ye Ruoshi who had been hiding in shame after Hua Ruolan came, summoned up a lot of courage and approached Hua Ruolan. Wen Lan who had seen Ye Ruoshi coming, quickly his herself so that Ye Ruoshi would not see her and start asking questions.

"Ruolan.....wha...what are you doing here?...didn't you tell me you were going to Sweden so how come you are here?" Ye Ruo Shi asked while trying to put in a smiling face.

"I changed my mind.....I haven't been to any party for a very long time now so I decided to come to this one" Hua Ruolan answered.

"Oh....OK..." Ye Ruoshi was a bit confused by her answer. Hua Ruolan would never attend any event hosted by her family or her husband's family. She couldn't place her finger on it but she was sure something was amiss.
