Eyes widened in surprise, Typhon gripped the sword piercing his chest.
"You…! To interfere with a warrior's duel…!" [Typhon]
"I am no warrior." [Arthur]
Without an ounce of remorse, Arthur pulled his sword out.
"Agh!" [Typhon]
Collapsing as blood spewed from his chest, the light in Typhon's eyes began to fade.
"Ar… thur…" [Typhon]
Slowly reaching out with hands covered in his own blood, Typhon perished.
"And with that, the seventh titan has fallen." [Arthur]
Flicking his sword, all the collected blood on it flew off.
"Well then." [Arthur]
Arthur turned to Adam.
"Need help?" [Arthur]
Adam attempted to speak, but soon found himself coming towards the floor.
"Woah!" [Arthur]
Fast as can be, Arthur caught Adam's fall.
"Oof! You're heavy!" [Arthur]
"Ngh…" [Adam]
As much as Adam wanted to move, he felt nothing. Not his arms, legs, or mouth. He seemed to have lost control of his body in its entirety.
"Adam?" [Arthur]
("So… tired…") [Adam]
His eyelids felt heavy. It didn't take long for them to fully close.

"Adam… Adam…! Adam!" [???]
Adam woke up in a jolt.
"Huh?" [Adam]
Wincing in pain, he quickly covered his ears as the sound of sirens blared.
"Adam! Snap out of it!" [???]
"What? What's going on?!" [Adam]
Collecting his thoughts, Adam realized someone was by his side.
"...Mr. Frank?!" [Adam]
"Who else is there?!" [Mr. Frank]
Glancing around, he saw lights flashing within the infirmary as he heard muffled booms in the distance.
"Do you feel hurt?" [Mr. Frank]
"I feel a little bit sore? Wait, before that. What is happening?" [Adam]
"No time to explain. Follow me and I'll tell you on the way." [Mr. Frank]
Hastily pulling Adam to his feet, they started running.
"Well this is quite the wake up call." [Krino]
("I know right? At least I beat Typhon.") [Adam]
"I'd call it a draw." [Krino]
Recalling Arthur landing the last blow, Adam grumbled.
("Whatever.") [Adam]
Taking his mind off of events in the dungeon, Adam scanned his surroundings.
"Huh? Everyone's gone?" [Adam]
As they ran through the school's halls, Adam started to notice the subtleties.
"No shit. A void rift opened nearby and everyone evacuated." [Mr. Frank]
"...But you're still here." [Adam]
"Because I had to wait for your dumbass to wake up! I couldn't move you or else your core would've become irreparable." [Mr. Frank]
"Eh? When did my core get hurt?" [Adam]
"Too many questions! Shut up and run!" [Mr. Frank]
Adam was starting to feel a bit panicked. He could recall that Mr. Frank simply stood there smoking as the last void rift opened. Strangely, Mr. Frank's reaction was the opposite this time.
("He didn't even sweat during the last void rift. What level is this one?") [Adam]
"Stop!" [Mr. Frank]
Freezing in his steps, Mr. Frank pushed Adam back as a large hand crashed through the hallway.
"Damn! They're already here!" [Mr. Frank]
Clicking his tongue in frustration, Mr. Frank summoned a large rifle.
"Adam, lay down!" [Mr. Frank]
Usually wanting to rebel, Adam did the opposite and dropped to the floor.
"C'mon… Show me your ugly mug." [Mr. Frank]
The hand pulled itself back. Soon after, a head poked itself in. It looked humanoid, if only the red skin and three eyes were excluded.
"Gotcha." [Mr. Frank]
Pulling the trigger, a blue flash of light exited his rifle and a loud boom clapped as the humanoid head exploded.
"Alright! I've cleared a path. Let's go, Adam." [Mr. Frank]
There was no reply.
"Adam?" [Mr. Frank]
Turning around, Adam was gone.
"...Where the fuck did this little shit go?!" [Mr. Frank]
