Devil's Eyes

The brightly shining sun had brought a hustling day to the Castle. Everyone was preparing for the coronation of the Prince and it was the first time a Prince was being given the title of King in the life of another King who had willingly decided to step away from the throne.

Rumors had it that the King was afraid of the deadly hybrid Prince whose name had become capable of sending tremors down the spine of anyone who heard it, in just a few years.

They said that the Prince takes on the form of a lethal beast in the night who roams the forests nearby and feeds upon anything or anyone that comes his way. Women scared their kids by his name while putting them to sleep or upon misbehavior.

"It's your big day, darling. You will always find me standing by your side." Delilah said as she helped him by putting on a red velvet robe above his formal attire.
