Devil's Eyes

The next morning she woke up to an empty side of her bed. She panicked and immediately got out of the covers calling Akalia. Luckily her vision slipped towards the widow before her heart would have been sent on an overdrive of anxiety.

The sight that met her eyes was pleasant yet bewildering at the same time. She could see Xavier playing with Akalia outside in the garden. There was some stuff lying on the grass while Xavier was running after Akalia. Soon he captured her little frame in his arms and picked her up from behind.

He twirled her in the air and both of them could be seen giggling over the act. Isabella's eyes started watering out of joy and so many emotions. For a moment she doubted that she was dreaming but it wasn't a dream. She clearly remembered what happened between her and Xavier last night.
