Finally, when he had reached his home, he noticed that oddly there were no lights on. If it was the past he wouldn't find it odd, but now it wasn't like no one was present, Mallori was there. Then his head questioned if she really was still here. He looked in the living room and the kitchen, but there was no sign of her whatsoever. Then noticing that it was nearly 10 o'clock, he thought that she might be in their bedroom sleeping. He walked upstairs and with every step, his heart quickened a bit more. This sense of longing was both sweet and bitter.
He opened the door and right away noticed that the bed was empty. Just then he heard the sound of water splashing. Just as he turned towards the door of the bathroom, a naked wet Mallori jumped into his embrace running out of the bathroom. She hugged him tightly as she smiled brightly. Seeing how she was happy to see him back, he let himself go and hugged her back. Her way of welcoming him back home, he didn't hate it at all. They were in each other's arms for a while until Andras let go and pushed her back inside the bathroom and said, "Finish up, I will get you something to wear." The action took his utmost best self-control to achieve.
With multiple bags in hand, he walked back into the room finding Mallori wrapped in his towel and her hair still dripping wet. Beholding the sight in front of him, he let the bags drop to the floor not caring that the contents fell out. He took three long strides and he was right in front of her. She was extremely mesmerizing. The effect this woman had on him was like no other. He had decided to put his wanting for her on hold for the meantime, but it seemed that it wasn't really quite working out.
He kissed her passionately and left her gasping for air. Before he even had the chance to go in for another kiss, Mallori had gone for his lips first. Her taking the initiative sparked a fire within Andras as he returned her clumsy, but tactful kisses. Their exchange was interrupted by the sound of Mallori's stomach growling. Andras paused his kisses and with a husky warm voice asked, "Didn't eat?" Her eyes looked to the right as she said, "Need no food" Andras smiled at the obvious way she was lying and asked again, "Really?" She softly nodded her head a yes and then her face turned a light pink as she said, "can continue…" She looked down and refused to look him in the eye. Andras was left speechless for a moment before he registered what he had heard was not him mishearing her. She was putting his wants and needs above hers. The thought made his heart skip a beat and become all tense and soft. He closed his eyes and with a soft genuine smile hanging on his lips, he lifted her chin, making her look at him, and then kissed her forehead as he grabbed her hand and started heading for the kitchen as he stated, "Let's eat."
In the kitchen, he had warmed up the food that had been waiting for her all day and presented it to her. She seemed to approve of the food as she ate with a great appetite. Noticing his own hunger as he watched her eat. He moved to the fridge and warmed himself some leftovers of the previous days. He sat next to her on the counter in the kitchen and started eating as well.
Mallori who was already done with her food, having left nothing on her plate, was now observing him as he ate. Their roles had been swapped. She was captivated by his every action. She looked at him with her bright blue eyes, not looking anywhere else. Noticing her gaze, Andras smiled mischievously and said, "Stop staring so much." Mallori seeing the fork filled with food heading towards his mouth, grabbed his wrist and then the edge of her lips slightly raised into a smile as she brought her mouth towards the fork and stole his food. Chewing and swallowing the bite she had grabbed, she said, "You stare. I stare." She followed it by shrugging her shoulders. Andras looked at her in amazement. This was a new side of her. He couldn't help himself from laughing. As he laughed his heart out, Mallori took the time to readjust the towel that she was still wrapped around.
Andras took a deep breath to calm his laughing and then said, "You're right. Stare as much as you want, I will stare as much as I want whether you like it or not." His eyes darkened with desire as he said this and helped Mallori with the readjusting of the towel. Mallori grabbed his hands that were readjusting the towel around her and said, "I like it." With her blue eyes being softer than ever. Andras got up from the counter seat and bit the side of his lips slightly as he leaned down to the side of her head. He slowly whispered in her ear, "You're making me go crazy." He then roughly bit the top of her ear. She yelped in pain as she covered her bitten ear with her hand with her face a soft glowing pink. He cleared his throat and headed to the living room. He returned to the kitchen with the shopping bags that were filled with the clothes he had bought for her.
He gestured for her to follow him. They went to the dining room. A long custom-made dark wood dining table that could seat 40 people came to view. The dining table was used for killer dinner nights that the Waltz of the Dead held every 6 months, in order to, get together and reassess the loyalty level of all the killers. Pointing to the door at the very end of the dining room, Andras said, "Change in there into one of the outfits and then come out here." Nodding her head in understanding, Mallori grabbed all the shopping bags and headed to go and change into an outfit in the bathroom of the dining room.
While Mallori was changing, Andras moved away all the 38 chairs away from the long dining table and left the two chairs at the head of each side of the table. The one close to the bathroom door, he tilted to the side so that Mallori could use it to go up on the table, the catwalk, and the chair at the opposite side was where Andras sat himself down. The best and the only seat in this show was all his.
With the sound of the bathroom door opening, Andras raised his resting eyes up and focused on the distant figure of his woman. Seeing that she was lost as to what to do, he raised his voice slightly so she could hear him clearly and said, "Get up on the table and come to me."
Carefully, she used the chair he had left, to get herself up to the table. As she walked towards him, his eyes roamed to every curve and inch of her. She looked great without clothes, this he knew. But with clothes on she exuded another certain level of charm. She walked down the table with a big smile on her face as she twirled a few times at wonder of the flowy yellow short dress she was wearing. Her bright smile made the outfit glow ten times over. Seeing the smile on her face as she showcased the dress, her smile was reflected on to Andras, as he couldn't avoid the smile that was being projected on him. When she reached the head of the table where Andras was sitting, she squatted down to his eye level. She tilted her head to the side and asked with a smile, "Pretty?" Andras nodded a yes. Having gotten Andras's approval, her smile broadened even more as she got up and turned away from him. She started walking back the way she had come as she cheered out happily, "Another one"
Andras hadn't thought that she would like trying on clothes to such a degree. If he had, he would have bought her three closet worths of clothes instead. There was nothing more entertaining to him than watching her smile. Her bright smiles when she wore a pretty dress and her slight shy smiles when she wore revealing lingerie as his eyes swallowed her whole, Andras loved them all.
Everything fit her to perfection, after all, he had helped Veronic with picking her exact sizes. Her every curve engraved into his mind when he had taken the time to dress and undress her.
When she had tried on everything for him, the last outfit being a light pink off shoulder dress accented with red flowers and a red ribbon around the waist, he told her to put on something that she was comfortable sleeping in as it was already late.
As she was reorganizing the clothes she had worn back into the shopping bags and getting into a comfortable PJ, Andras was putting back the chairs where they were. When he was done, Mallori still had yet to come out of the bathroom. He knocked on the bathroom door and told her that when she was done changing, she should come upstairs. He then went upstairs and headed to the bedroom that was now theirs. Remembering that he hadn't had the time to take a shower that morning. He looked at the time and decided that he could do with a quick shower. When he was done with his shower and was about to dry himself, he noticed that there was no towel. That was when he finally remembered that she had taken it. Having no other way to dry himself, he used the hand towel and then dressed. He was the type that would take his clothes to the bathroom and change there right after the shower. He wore a tank top and sweatpants. As he was drying his short hair with the hand towel, he got out of the bathroom. Putting the towel around his neck, he saw that Mallori had brought all the shopping bags and had placed them all on the sofa in the bedroom. She herself was deep asleep on the bed.
When he had told her to wear something comfortable, he didn't think that her choice would have been what she was wearing now. It seems that what she had found to be the most comfortable to wear to sleep was the white dress that she had worn before. With her raven black hair spread around her while wearing her white dress, she looked like a bride from a fairy tale story. He thought to himself that he really might have stolen her from her tower by breaking a curse. Well, he had done as such to a point. However, he didn't see himself as the prince that had come to her rescue. Instead, he was the jealous dragon of the neighboring castle that had craved to have her imprisoned in his own castle instead.
She had moved in her sleep, now sleeping to her side. She had once again not pulled the sheets over herself. Andras tucked her under the sheets and positioned himself the way he does all the time on his side of the bed. He had to be more aware and cautious than ever now. For what he realized that as formidable as dragons seem to be they always have that one weakness. Stealing a quick last glance of her, he closed his eyes.
All his thoughts seemed to organize themselves as he thought of how he is always drawn to her no matter the time or place. It was hard for him to comprehend it when he was denying himself, but now that he was clear and honest to himself, it all fell into place. Mallori was becoming his soft spot and weakness. His Achilles Heel, if you would. If it was the old him, he would just eliminate such a weakness, but at this moment all he wanted was to keep her by his side forever even if she would become his biggest weakness. The Andras Mabuz of the underworld that he was, he can continue to be even with a weakness. He is not the top killer for nothing. Let's see who dares to touch what belongs to him in order to harm him. Let's see if such a person exists.
