I take your stones and give you another question. If you could be reborn as any fictional characters younger brother/sister who would you pick. No wishes this time. Enjoy the chapter!)

After his initial shock, the guild master said that he would contact the other guilds all over the country. He's going to request for reinforcements to be sent to help with the beast herd, obviously. The adventurers guild works differently than the army, as no one can order around adventurers. A high priority mission will be posted in every guildhall for the extermination of the core beast herd, and anyone of the correct rank can accept it. Before leaving the guild, I turn to the guild master.

"Can I register as an adventurer?" I ask.

"Well, the minimum age you need to be to register is twelve years old, but since you're not like our usual applicants I'll let you register." He says as he writes up the reinforcement request.

"Thanks." I say.

"No problem, your mother is like a daughter to me, so if you ever need anything just come on by." He says and turns to Sally the brunette receptionist. "Can you take care of his registration?"

"Sure, no problem." She says and leads us out of the room. We return to the guildhall, but something seems to have gone wrong whilst we were away. The room was in shambles with tables and chairs strewn about the room. Food and drink were thrown around, as every adventurer was participating in a giant brawl. Dark energy seemed to take over Sally, and her face changed from happy to furious.

"WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT FIGHTING IN THE GUILD!!" She roars in anger and the entire room goes quiet. Every adventurer turns their head and sees a livid Sally ready to slaughter them all. They all freeze in place with the most terrified expressions I've ever seen. The room fills with voices as everyone tries to make an excuse, or blame someone else in the room for starting the fight. "QUIET!" She screams and everyone shuts their mouths instantly. "You will all be paying ten silver as compensation for the destruction you've caused, and I want this guild cleaned and shining within the hour or else." She threatens.

"Umm Mam, isn't that a lot for just some broken tables and chairs?" A man asked and he was immediately punted across the room. Sally seemed to appear next to him in pure speed. Damn, she's really fast.

"Does anyone else not wish to pay?" She asks.

"No, Mam!" They all reply in unison.

"Good, now get to work cleaning the hall. You can leave the money at my desk on your way out." She orders and everyone begins to clean the guild vigorously. Sally turns back to me with a warm smile "Sorry for the mess. Follow me and we'll get you registered." She leads us to her desk and hands me a form. "Please fill that out."

The form needed my general information like my name, age, place of residents. Bla Bla Bla. After filling out the form, Sally takes it to a back room and returns with an identification card. It has all of the information that I gave her on it.

"Push some of your magic and battle energy into the card." She says and hands it to me.

"Alright." I do as she says and the card shines with white light. When the light dies down, my ranks and attribute appear on the card next to my other information.

"Your registration is complete! You're now an F ranked adventurer. In order to increase your rank, you have to complete missions given out by the guild. You can only take missions your rank and below, or one rank higher. Would you like to take a mission?" She asks.

"No, I have some things to get done today, but thanks for your help." I say and turn my attention to Souei. "Take us home." I order and he grabs me and Rem. "Have a nice day, Sally." I say and we disappear before she could respond.

We appear in my study, and I sit at my desk staring at the guild card in my hand. This is so cool. I'm an adventurer now, and I'm sure mom will be excited to hear about it. She's been ranting and raving for the longest time about how Her son is going to be the strongest adventurer, after all. I'll be sure to tell her before she finds out through the guild.

"Rem, have the maids been taught to read and write?" I ask.

"Yes, they have been practicing since we've saved them." She answers.

"Good, when they're competent enough, I want you to give them these books to study." I say and point to the stacks of my old school books. Due to some references of my world being placed in each book, I've combed through each book and blacked out said references with ink. The people of this world don't need to know that Sir. Isaac Newton invented calculus. They just need to learn the calculations.

"Are those the books you've been studying on your own?" She asked.

"Yes, I'm going to open schools in the Duchy, but I'll need teachers. They can be the first to teach a more advanced curriculum. Although, for now, we are going to focus on simple things like reading, writing, simple math, and history. I'm going to start looking for good buildings to hold classes soon." I inform them and Rem flips through the books.

"I'll have the maids read through those books soon. Right now they aren't ready for such advanced learning." She says with a perplexed look.

"Good, you should study them in the meantime. That way you could teach the maids later on." She nods, lifts the books, and leaves the room to get studying.

"Master." Souei calls from beside me.

"Yeah?" I answer.

"Will we be exterminating they herd?" He asked.

"I'm not sure." I say as I twirl my ID between my fingers.

"Why? If this is such a high-level threat shouldn't we move to help the kingdom?" Souei asked with a confused look on his face.

"Would us getting so directly involved like that be helping them?" I ask rhetorically. "The best way to become strong in this world is killing, so wouldn't we be hurting them if we did that? This is a giant hoard of experience being made for our country, after all." I say.

"Yes, but we will have to intervene sooner or later. I don't think anyone in the country can match the ruler of the herd." Souei says and catches me off guard.

"How powerful is the core beast that's leading them exactly?" I ask.

"It's a two-star black ranked beast, but it's very close to getting to the next rank." Souei explains.

"Huh, Are you confident in being able to beat it if it were to reach the legend rank?" I ask.

"Yes, easily. I've been fighting stronger beasts in the dungeon recently."

"Good, then we sit back and wait for the herd to expand enough to feed our kingdom some good old XP, and kill off the ruler after the herd is fat and juicy. If the kingdom has a hard time with the herd after that, then we'll help from the shadows, but I doubt that is going to happen."
