You appear in some sort of underground facility. Walking through the halls of said facility, you see nothing but empty rooms. You make your way to the lower floors and start seeing some discrepancies. No matter how far down you go, everything is exactly the same. The rooms, the halls, the objects. Every single thing is the same, so you decide to go up instead. As you move upward, things started getting weirder. Everything was the same like the lower floors, but some small things were different. Like a poster that had a cat now has a dog, and a chair that was blue is instead yellow. You spend days walking upwards and now matter how much you walk there seems to be no exit. After 3 days of walking, you see a locked door with a slot in front of you. A sign on the door reads 'If you wish to leave then pay the toll in power stones'. You just want to get away from this weird and creepy place as fast as possible. Enjoy the chapter as always.

Ps: the Naruto story is almost ready to be posted, so get ready for that.)

On the strength side of things, all of my subordinates have ranked up a lot. Souei has become rank 90 and has made it to the 300th floor of the dungeon. He has reported back some concerning things from down below. Apparently, the core beasts are still getting stronger the farther he goes down, but they are also getting smarter as well. They've become so strong that they've passed the legend rank, so I may need to come up with a rank for whatever is above legend. When he started to run into talking beasts, they were smart enough to hold a conversation, so Souei has been interrogating them before their deaths. He's recently found out about a city of beasts on a lower floor which is scary. Imagine a city of superpowered beasts flooding out of the dungeon, and who knows how many other dungeons have city's as well.

I wonder if there's a city below this beast city as well. How far down do the dungeons go? I really need to start getting stronger or summon more servants.

Rem still hasn't ranked up at all, as she's my personal maid. If she had a cloning ability like Souei and I, then I'd send her with one of Souei's clones. Maybe I'll buy that for her soon because the threat of the dungeon city really does scare me. It excites me as well though. What type of interesting beasts and differences in culture will I find down there? I've been cooped up lately, so I'm excited to explore the underworld of dungeons.

Nova is the same as ever, but the system had an update about a week ago pertaining to her.

{UPDATE:

1 - Animal and insect loot boxes have been combined to just animal loot boxes.

2 - All summons can now rank up. This includes animals.}

That popped up and now Nova can rank up which will come in handy. I haven't sent her to the dungeon yet though. I'll be making a trip to a dungeon soon, so I'll just bring her and Rem when I go. I don't like the combinations of animal and insect loot boxes, but I can't always get what I want. Insects are disgusting. When that annoying spider jumped at me I almost freaked out.

Throughout these years I've found a job for Anna the elf bodyguard. Due to her being a nature mage, I made her the head of forestry and wildlife for the Duchy. Once she found out that she would be in charge of the natural life of the Duchy she was over the moon. At first, she wanted to ban forestry and hunting of most animals, but I compromised with her and we made some good laws. We made many laws against hunting endangered animals, and some laws against deforestation as well. After making some ground rules with her, Anna has done an amazing job in her new role.

Dalir has already become a 4-star blacksmith, and I need to buy him the binding forge manual. It costs so much Shop points, but I'm sure it will be worth spending them. When my soldiers are equipped with binding weapons and armor, I'll start selling them to allied countries for tons of gold. I'm already rich, but why not get more money? I just hope that he's a good enough blacksmith to get the job done.

Mia has been in the dungeons lower levels trying to break out of the legend rank. I've also given her an important job. She is to start a city of beasts somewhere around floor 200. She has the discretion to choose the best area for the city, but it has to be somewhere in the low 200's. This way it's a good distance from the other beast city that Souei is working his way towards. When she reached the legend rank, Mia morphed into a full human. However, she now has the ability to turn into a human, snake, and Lamia. Her human form is her weakest, and her snake form is her strongest form.

Archimedes and Baloo have been at her side assisting with the city building efforts. They are my mounts, but I haven't had the need to go anywhere, so why bother calling them out.

I haven't gone into a dungeon or ranked up yet, but I will be very soon. I plan to enter the dungeon in the capital during the tournament that's happening soon. What I did do though, is get tortured by my granny. Now, I wouldn't say torture because she did train me diligently. This is why I didn't have Souei kill her, but her training is extreme. She even trains like spy guy which is crazy because she isn't a fighter. She can't enhance her body with magic, but she can at least be in top physical condition for any situation. I began to admire my grandmother after starting her training. She must have worked very hard to get where she is today, and I have a soft spot for hardworking people.

The time has come for the beginning of the tournament and with it the start of my dungeon diving. Before leaving the manor, I check the price of the manual I have to buy for Dalir.

{Binding Forge Manual 15,000 SP: The complete manual on how to forge and create binding weapons and armor.}

'It's expensive, but it should be worth it in the long run. System, buy it for me.'

{Binding Forge Manual has been added to the inventory section of the status menu.}

After calling forth the manual, a thick book appeared on my lap. I skimmed through it a little, but couldn't understand most of it. It's not written in some ancient language or anything, but I still can't understand the process. I guess I have to study blacksmithing in order to know any of this. It's a good thing that I don't have to do that, as I would die from the heat. I'm the type of person that needs a cold environment, and working in a hot forge would be truly horrible. That's one thing I miss from earth the most, air conditioning. The ability to make your house nice and cold on a hot day.

After getting the thick manual, I sent a maid to notify Dalir to come to my office. I told him a while back that I wouldn't enter his forge unless there's an emergency. The heat is just too much for me to deal with. A few moments later, Dalir enters my office and gives me a slight bow.

"Yes, Your Highness?" He asks, wondering why I called him here.

"I have something you will be very interested in." I say and hold out the manual for him to take.

Dalir takes the manual and reads the cover. The look on his face told me just how shocked and excited he is.

"Is this what I think it is?" He asked.

"Yes."

"Did I ever tell you how much I love working for you?"

"Once or twice."
