Chapter 5: The Results

after the first two tests the students were lead to a classroom and seated. the curriculum was simple knowledge on math, writing, and some information about the Hero. Of course Tuika didn't know much about writing, but math and the hero he knew alot about since he helped out in shops and always learned information about the hero through adventures.

after the test they were told there would be a few days before they'd give out there answers so Tuika made his way back to Tow's he was a little nervous though he was told he passed the first two tests that he did badly on the last one. he made it back to Tow's place, but it seemed like he was gone probably on some mission or doing guard duty. he made his way to the room he's been staying in and sat down on his bed, and opened up his status window. he was now level 30 his stats has raised dramatically, but that weird symbol was still there at his mp. "well let's test out my evolution skill again." he said and tapped on it elocating his points into it he accidentally put a extra two hundred points into it. as everything started to turn black a ding sounded and another window popped up

Tuika passed out like he had before sleeping all the way to the next morning. he woke up sitting up in the bed rubbing his head as it ached a bit. then he got up walking towards his mirror. his physical properties didn't change much he had grown slightly taller and his hair grew. "status." he said looking at his stats all his stats had stayed the same, but he had been given more skills. Spatial magic, Golem Creation, and Flight. "man the more I think my skill might be normal the weirder it gets." Tuika let out a sigh, and went out to the living room Tow was there making breakfast. "ah morning Tuika we're having bacon and bread with a side of eggs." Tow said setting the food down at the table, and looking up at Tuika a surprised look on his face. "oi boy why is your hair so long, and I remember you being a lot shorter." Tow said with a raised brow.

Tuika sighed again. "it's my Evolution skill every time I use it, it surprises me with something else." he said sitting down. Tow patted him on the shoulder as he walked by and sat down. "skills are wild and unpredictable sometimes." Tow said with a smile before shoving bacon in his mouth.

the two ate breakfast and talked about there day yesterday Tow congratulating Tuika on showing up Regenald. Tow explained that he was just on late night guard duty at the gates. the two cleared the table and went out to do morning training, but was surprised by the female instructor standing right out the door. Tow instantly looked nervous. "hello Principal Blackwell." Tow said looking away.

Tuika's eyes went wide and now his nerves shot up, but then back down as the click in his head happened again.

"Hello Towin it's lovely to see you again." Blackwell said with a heartfelt smile. "But I'm here to see young Tuika, you are to be given a special invitation to our school. frankly only one other person has had that much magical power, and it was the hero Marrison."

she said walking up to Tuika putting a hand on his shoulder. "you passed every exam and exceeded our expectations we will be happy to teach a future hero."

Tuika was without words he couldn't express his gratitude and happiness. then Tow lifted him up in the air like he weighed nothing. "congrats my boy you'll be going to the most prestigious school in the country!" Tow said as they all started to laugh. it was nice if felt like Tuika had a family.

Blackwell just waited patiently before speaking up again. "You'll begin school next week. prepare your stuff and get ready to move to the dorms Towin will show you the way." she said as she gave Tow a smile and walked back to a carriage.

Tow sat down Tuika and chuckled. "I'm proud of you kiddo you've done alot in so little time, you've killed a spy, meet a king who treated you as family and got into school. you are going to go far Tuika!" Tow said proudly. "and it's thanks to me of course." he elbowed Tuika like he was actually the one who set it all up. they both began to laugh. the two began there morning training as always Towin always being ruthless hitting him whenever his guard was down. Towin realized just because Tuika was accepted his life was about to get a hell of a lot harder.
