About two hours later I was in Caleb's passenger seat. I looked out the window while he drove his car.
He practically forced me out of my bed and to take a shower while he did the food. It was nice of him, but I hated going out. Having social anxiety wasn't easy.
He drove for a while until we got to a park, were he parked the car. He turned the car off and turned to see me since I didn't get out. I turned to see him and smiled. He sighed as he got out and went to my side, opening the door and pulling me out.
I turned to see him as I frowned, he just had a victory smile on his face. I rolled my eyes as I started walking towards the park, looking for a nice spot for the picnic.
When I found a place I liked, I turned to see Caleb in another place close. "I like it here!" He yelled. I shook my head no. He frowned but started walking towards me, making me smile in victory. "Hold this" he said giving me the basket. I did as asked and saw him take a blanket out of the basket, putting in on the floor.
I sat on one side of the blanket, putting the basket in front of me, Caleb sitting on the other side. "See? It's a nice and wholesome picnic" he chuckled. I looked up to him and raised an eyebrow.
"One you forced me to come" I now frowned. He laughed and opened the basket, grabbing some sandwiches. He passed me one. "Hey! It's my fave" I smiled and started eating it. "It's soooo good" I said as I closed my eyes, enjoying the sandwich.
I heard him chuckle, but I didn't really care about it, not with this holy flavor in my mouth.
I opened my eyes when I finished the sandwich, looking at Caleb, noticing he watched me the whole time. He blushed and turned around. I let out a small chuckle and opened the basket, looking for another sandwich.
"Did you bring any drinks?" I asked looking for them. "Oh, yeah, they're on this side" he chuckled, opening his side of the basket and passing me a drink.
