Michael raised his palm, raising three fingers. "These, at most."

Daniel's gaze fixated, then shifted to the side as he glanced back to the bedridden King. "No problem, brother. As part of the royal family, you deserve to know that."

"Rightfully so…" Michael nodded, concurring to his every word. "I suppose it was one of Her Majesty's hidden agendas. Not even I'm supposed to know."

"That's for sure." He huffed out with a deep sigh. "So much for that; where is Ana?"

"She might be on her way here."

Daniel tilted his head as his lips pressed from his assumptions. "Why do you think so?"

"Why do you think Kain was unconscious?" Michael mused; he raised his hand while giving him a half shrug.
