The sun and moon

I remember being told that the sun was a star and the moon was just some planet that gave off light.

Haha... What an absurd thought, now I'm this old.

Me, in my ignorance, had believed it; because I had not too long completed formed a body and created the guardian beasts to protect my food source.

I was weak, young--If you said a few thousand World years was young.

Either way, adding to the fact that, I was also totally ignorant to the galaxy I dwelled within, furthermore the universe beyond that.

How should I know that the sun was more than a star and that the moon was more than a shiny inhabitable planet?

Sad life the person who said that was the beast I allowed to give me flesh for the first half of my life, but she failed.

I had been following her life, she had been the fifth female I had followed before I became satisfied with her.

That female had been so tenacious, she had instead back then courted her mates as well, forcing them to submit to her.
