3rd Person's Point Of View
"No! I wanna come too!" Elisa wailed, hanging onto Lyla's leg as she tried to walk out the door with the two dogs.
"Elisa. You can't come. I'm sorry!" Lyla sighs and picks up the cat. She's been trying to leave for the past 2 minutes, but the cat hasn't let her.
Lyla looked around the apartment, trying to find something to entertain Elisa with.
She smiled when she saw her curtain, hanging from beneath the stairs.
The giant, light gray curtain, hid Lyla's palace. Her sanctuary.
"Don't leave!" Elisa scratched lightly at Lyla as she moved towards the curtain.
Lyla pulled the curtain aside, smiling brightly. Elisa stopped struggling against Lyla, staring at what the curtain had revealed.
"Wow." Elisa breathed and jumped out of Lyla's hands and onto the soft bedding of the bay window.
Shining brightly through the windows, was the beautiful sunrise of Pennsylvania.
"Wow." Elisa laid down, mesmerized by the sight before him.
"Come on." Lyla whispered, tugging slightly on the dogs' collars as they also stared outside.
Nick and Ben turned away from the sunrise and joined their owner for the walk to the park.
—-
"Damn girl." A guy looked Lyla up and down as she walked past him.
Lyla grimaced slightly and continued walking.
How? How are guys still catcalling her when she is just dressed in running clothes.
Ben rubbed against Lyla's leg in reassurance, even if it meant that he stumbled a little. Lyla smiled down at her beloved dog.
"Thanks Ben." Lyla whispered and looked up again.
"Can I bite that guy?" Nick growled as he watched another guy check Lyla out.
"No, Nick. Calm down. If he gets too close, then just bark. It'll be fine." Ben reassured the furious younger one.
Another guy passed, Nick growled at him. The guy stumbled backwards, even though he had no intention of catcalling Lyla.
Lyla widened her eyes, surprised by Nick's action.
"I'm so sorry. He usually isn't like this." Lyla apologized to the guy.
They guy shook his head and said it was fine.
Lyla kneeled down next to Nick. "Nick," Lyla hissed, "What was that?"
"I'm sorry." Nick's ears drooped. "I thought he was bad."
"Just don't do it again, okay?" Lyla asked with a small smile.
Nick nodded.
"We're almost there." Lyla told the dogs as she stood up.
—-
"Man, time flies when you're having fun." Lyla sighed as she checked her phone.
6:14am
"Come on boys. We need to go back home." Lyla told the boys, slightly pulling their leashes as the wandered off.
They both bounded back.
"We're done already?" Nick asked in disappointment.
"I guess so." Ben sighed., also disappointed "But hey," Ben nudged Nick slightly, "It was fun while it lasted.
Nick nodded quickly. "Yes it was. Do you think we could do this every morning?" Nick asked hopefully.
"Maybe." Ben smiled, following Lyla out of the park.

Meanwhile...
"Where is she?!" Jameson wailed, rolling on the table.
"Jungkook!" Sammi shouted from the bed. "Shut up!"
"Sam, calm down." nalla sighed, rubbing Jameson's back with her right wing.
The bunny, once again, was a sobbing mess.
"Tell the baby to calm down." Sammi grumbled, burying her head against the pillow.
"Jameson, you gotta tell me what's wrong. I can't help you unless you tell me what's wrong." Nalla comforted the bunny.
Jameson finally let in to Nalla's pleas of knowledge.
Everyone has a breaking point, and jameson just reached his.
"It's all my fault. My my, previous owner, Andrew, he left me. I was bad. I'm a bad bunny. I made him, him leave. Now I made Lyla leave. It's all my fault. All, all of it." Jameson cried out, stumbling over his words and sniffing.
Sammi sat up form his laying position, staring with wide eyes.
Peter looked up from his food, surprise swarming his warm brown eyes.
Elisa stopped licking her fur.
"No. No, Jameson, you're all wrong. It wasn't your fault that Andrew left. If he didn't want you, he would have returned you. Not the other way around." Sammi explained, baffled by the younger boy's statement.
Jameson sniffed and looked up with watery eyes. "Really?" He asked, hope in his voice.
"Yes. Lyla didn't leave us." Elisa continued Sammi's reassurance. "She was taking Nick and Ben on a walk. I was up when they left. Promise."
Jameson's tears had stopped now. He was left with a stuffy nose.
"See Jameson? Everything is alright. We don't have to worry about anything anymore. Everything will be fine." Nalla concluded, still rubbing Jameson's back.
"Jameson, we aren't leaving, and neither is Lyla." Peter walked over to Jameson and Nalla.
"But when will she be back?" Jameson asked, wiping his eyes cutely with his little bunny paw.
As if on cue, keys jingled from outside of the door.
Jameson gasped in surprise and pure delight.
Without hesitation, jameson jumped off the table and sprinted down the stairs, skidding to a stop right in front of the door. Elisa was right behind him, for even the quick cat couldn't keep up with the bunny.
"Hi guys!" Lyla greeted energetically.
Ben's Point Of View
When we first walked in, I was met with Elisa jumping at me.
"You're back!" She announced, scrabbling on my back until she was settled.
"Yes Elisa." I sighed, but a smile on my face. "We're back."
Nick laughed from my left.
I looked over and chuckled.
There, attached to Lyla's calf, was Jameson.
"Oh Jameson." Lyla giggled and picked him up. Lyla closed the door behind her and unhooked our leashes. She hung them by the door on hooks on the wall.
I trotted to my bowl of water with Nick following. We both took a nice drink of water. Man, I miss using a cup like a human. It's been so long.
"Jameson, I gotta get ready for work, okay? I'm just going to put you down on the couch for like a half an hour. Then I'll be back." Lyla told Jameson, prying him off herself.
"Lyla!" Peter shouted from upstairs. "I can't get down!"
No reply.
"Lyla!" Peter screamed once again.
"Yah! Shut up tiny!" Nalla scolded and a whacking sound was heard.
"What the hell?!" Peter yelled in surprise, and another whacking sound was made.
"Do you know what time it is?!" Sammi shouted. "6:21. In the morning! I'm trying to sleep you asshats!"
Lyla giggled."Are you three arguing or something?" Lyla began to walk upstairs.
"Lyla!" Peter screamed in terror.
I frowned. What now?
Lyla yelped. "Sammi! Get Peter out of your mouth!"
