Ring Our Bell

Before his last breath, the Staff Saint gave mandates to everyone who lie in wait for him.

The Mandates are:

1. Protect and support children.

2. Help and support the injured.

3. Gather and support each other.

4. Don't do unnecessary war. 

5. Always move forward.

The message was only heard by a few people, but was intended for all Hunters.

However, not all the mandates got taking seriously. 

The mandates just got hype for a moment, then being forgotten easily. 

Even though that's not like all the people who ignore the mandates will be punished, no. All they get is sin, and the consequences of their actions.

"All sins will return to the doer. All sins will be paid in time."
