The Case Concludes

Ruby's Pov

"Here they come", a white guy in a jurge uniform said while me and Jade look out to see a man who hair was starting to turn gray and he was standing next to a women with almost fully gray hair that really didn't match their orange jumpsuits and handcuffs " let's get this started, I Jurge Parry now it time to get this court in session", he said before he grab the case file right next to him "Beats you are charge with child abuse it you are find guity you will be stuck in jail for up to thirty years so tell me Mason how do they plee", Parry said while looking at the best lawyer in the city who was wearing a no wrinkles balck suit with a red tie "not guilty", he said "what about you defendants", Parry said while looking at us "guilty", Jade said "while let see who right first off, hey Ruby Juilet it been a while hasn't it", he said while looking right at me "yeah I guess so last time you saw me I was seventeen years old when I was dealing with my rape case", I said "well look who turn their life around now you're a police captain and a mom good on you", he said "thanks", I said "anyways let get to that case defendants", he said "we will like to call a witness to the stage June Pops", Jade said before a familiar white hair girl got in the witness chair as the order girl in a black dress start to stand infront of her "June how long have you been friends with Melody Beat", Jade said "I think we been friends for about eleven years", she said "and how did you two meet", Jade said "we met when she was trying to run away from her home I saw her in a alley with her head on the wall of a building, she was beaving heaving with set all over her face and I wanted to give her a drink but people in black suit took her away, but I was so happy that I saw her at school that I start sating next to her and me and her started talking form that point on", she said "have you two ever talk about her parents beating her up", Jade said while looking at June "a couple time mostly over the phone that I made her keep hidden", she said "and what will she talk about", I said "it was kinda hard to understand her most of the time because in most of the calls she will be crying and saying some shuff about her parents but not going in deep and this will be the same when we were talking in person about it", she said "Thank you so much I rest my case", Jade said before she sat down next to me as we waited for the prosecutor's case.

June's Pov

"So June on average how much did you talk to Melody", the black hair guy in a black suit and red tie with no facial hair said in front of me, "I probity say we talk about every other day", I said "on those days in between you guys not seeing each other did she ever tell you what was happening at her house on those days", he said "no, if she doesn't want to talk about I not going to force her", I said "so for all you know here her parents can being showing her tough love now I rest my case", he said before a door to the courtroom made a noise which leads a certain blonde hair girl to enter the room.

Melody's Pov

"Hey, Judge can we have a recess", Ruby said "sure thing, Jim need to catch up anyway with the writing", the Judge said while looking at the guy who haded a desk right next to him with a typewriter on it "Melody what are you doing here I thought you didn't want to be here", Ruby said while looking at me as the camera stop recording "don't worry I think I can handle it I got my girl here watching my back", I said as I look at Aria who I was holding hands with as she stands next to me "don't worry I'll watch her", Aria said "ok I guess you on", Jade said "Defenders are you ready", the Judge said while looking at us "yes and we will like to call Melody Beat to the witness stand", Jade said "good luck", Aria said before she kisses me on the cheek and I started walking to the stand right in front of the recording cameras, a jurge, and the two monsters.

"So Melody when did the beating all started", Jade said while looking at me "it started when I was as a baby mostly just with names but as I got older they started being ruder and ruder with hitting me with whips, baseball bats, a baseball, or sometime a football thrown at the back of my head or in my face, and other shelves", I said while looking at the blue-haired and orange-haired girl in the crowd "was it like that every day", Jade said "no there will sometime be a break when they had to go on a business trip which usually lead me to stay at my grandma's house, but they'll make up for it by beating me up a lot on the day they came back", I said "for how long did these beat up last", Jade said "they usually last around six hours", I said "why did you think this escape was going to be the one to get you out", Jade said "I didn't after I saw them kill my grandma with my guitar I already knew that I haded to get out of the house before my eighteen birthday", I said "why so", she said "on my birthday they was going to paid a guy to have sex with me so I can have a baby at the same age as my mom did", I said while cry a couple of tears "thank you Melody I rest my case", she said "prosecutor anything to say", the jurge said while looking at a guy who look like he was left speechless "okay, Melody you can sit back down I made my decision", he said before I got out of the witness chair and sat next to the waiting arms of my girlfriend.

Jade's Pov

"I come to the conclusion that", The judge said before he took a breath of air "The Beats are guilty of child abuse and will serve thirty years in jail now case dismissed," he said after he hit his desk with his brown tiny hammer and the Beats was drag away to jail "Jade we did it", Rwby said before she hugs me "yeah you guys did it", Melody said while looking to be crying tears but with a smile on her face "thank you, mom", Aria said before she hugs Ruby "Aria that a first", Ryby said while looking like she about to cry a couple of tears as she returns the hug "don't worry they more to come", Aria said "quiet down quiet down", Parry said while hitting his desk with a hammer "Jade your side won the case, so it up to you what to do but for right now if you don't mind I going try to get rid of the reporters", he said "hey guys should we go somewhere special to celebrate", June said while holding Vanilla's hand "I know just the place", Aria said before all of us got out of the courtroom and started heading to the place where the sun meets the blue ocean.

Aria's Pov

"Are you guys ready to go on", June said while looking right at us? "I think so", Melody said "okay, once you guys hear the song stop it mean it your time", June said before she left "so you ready Aria", Melody said while holding my hands as the song stop "I little nervous did you see how big the crowd is", I said while feeling all the nerves in my body acting up "we can leave if you went to", she said as she looks at me "no let do it I think I will be fine after someone gives me a kiss", I said while I look at my girlfriend right in her eye before she kisses me on the lips leading us to both close our eyes "better", she said "better", I said before me and her start to head toward the roar of the crowd.

Melody's Pov

"Boo!", the crowd said in a loud voice as we got on to the stage to get ready to play "we Beach Melody", I said while I stand in front of the mic "but you mint know one of us for some other band and she went to say a couple of words", I said before I move away from the mic to let Aria take it over "come on Aria you got this", I said into her ear as I grab her hand while she stands right in front of the mic "hi I Aria Juilet you guys mint know me for being one half of the Blue Juilets with Aurora Blue, look me and her while just a thing that wasn't going to work out she wanted to go one way in life and I wanted to go in a different direction", she said before taking a beaver for a minute "it happens, so I just thoughts it will be a good idea to break up I sorry Aurora I didn't mint to be rude in any way it that you have a dream that I just don't think I could be a part of", she said before she looks at me "but I know I can have a part of this dream thanks to my girlfriend", she said before she gives me a kiss on the cheek "play it Melody", Aria said "okay this song is called, A Case of Change", I said into the mic before I got ready to play the notes C, A minor, F, and G on my red guitar.

"it All started on one day that changed my life forever", I sing as the piano play in the background "thanks to some people never giving up on me", I sing "who know that all it can take is one case to change someone life", I sing loudly into the black microphone

Vanilla's Pov

"Hey guys I been thinking", I said while all of us was next to each other under a big blue beach party tent that gives everyone shade "about what", Melody said "I was wondering if the four of us will like to do a double date", I said while looking at Aria and Melody who while standing in the water close to our tent "we should it will be fun", June said as she grabs my hand "I don't know about that guys for all I know I could be leaving after today", Melody said while looking sad "yeah about that you should probity ask Ruby about that", Aria said "ask me about what", Ruby said "am I leaving after today", Melody said "follow me and we would talk about that", Ruby said before she and Melody went farther and farther away for the rest of us and our worry faces.

"I started with worried on my face when I met these people", Melody sing as she plays the note she did earlier in reverse "but that became a prelude to where I stand right now, with their love and cared for me", she said into the microphone as all her family stands together on the balcony to watch the girl with happy tears and a happy voice singing on the purple stage.

Ruby's Pov

"So am I leaving", Melody said as she look at me while the noise of the ocean waves was to the right of us "sadly that not up to me if up to you", I said "what do you mean by that", I said before I grab shelf out of my purse "well you have three options", I said before I show her a paer with two bold wolds "you can either go into witness protection in case you think your parents mint get out which I don't think their will", I said "yeah I don't think so either", she said leading me to throw the paper on the ground "great that just leave two options you could either live at your parents house and run the company", I said while holding a familiar pair of keys in her eyes "what the third option", she said while looking at me with a super worry face "the third option is that Vanilla's family run the company and", I said before I grab a picture out of my purse with a yellow bow "you come same with Me and Aria as a guest for as long you went", I said while I look at the crying happy face of Melody as I give her the keys to my place and the picture of all of us as the lob cabin "yes, yes thank you", she said in a loud voice as she give me a hug "you welcome that was a spouse to be your birthday gift sorry about how late it was", I said while returning the hug as I felt tears going down my back "that doesn't matter,it perfect", she said while me and her hug for a while as happy tears came out of her eyes.

"Giving me stuff I never believe I have", Melody sings on while I lay my head on Jade's shoulder "form love to care of me", she said as I happily watch what hope to be one of my future daughters.

June's Pov

" I wonder who that is", I said after I heard someone knocking on the window of our restaurant when we were closed "I get it", dad said before I went to see who it was "hey guy, sorry but we close", dad said before the person brought gown it red hood to reveal it was the familiar look of a black-haired girl with a pink stripe in her hair that made me know it was Paige "can I come in", she said "hey sis", I said while my dad opens the door "hey I just thought it was time to get back in your guy's life", she said while playing with her hair like she always does when she nervous "is that okay", she said "don't worry you always welcome now come on in it dinner time", dad said before we all finally have a family dinner with the whole family.

"Meeting new and old people", Melody sings as I watch her stand on the stage from the back with my sister and my family in the audience "finding the new joy of having them in my life", she said as a smile appeared on my happy face.

Violet's Pov

"Hey Jade I been thinking about something", Ruby said while looking nervous as she looks at my mom "about what", Mom said "umm", Ruby said "come on Ruby you got this", I said while I look at her "thanks kid look when I heard you wanted a kid I was afried I thought you were going to get a baby and I just freak out because I didn't want to go though the same thing that happens with Aria to happen again", she said "you know I wouldn't let that happen", Mom said "I know but that not the point I been hanging out with Violet for the past couple of weeks and I kinda went to make that happen more, so what do you say Jade can we get back together I will tire my best to be a good role model and mom", Ruby said "well Ruby I do believe in second changes so you better not screw this up", Mom said "thank you thank you", Ruby said before she hugs my mom "so I get a second mother", I said as I join in on the hug "show down let she it this works first", Ruby said before they both hug me as the sun went down.

"The start new relationships that weren't in my mind", Melody sing as I hold the hand of Violet drinking one of June family's drinks that I forgot the name to while also holding the head of a police captain on my shoulder "which felt as strong as a new breath of wind in your face", she sings while I and Ruby just enjoy the sound of music in the air.

Aria's Pov

"So what happened", I said in a worried voice while looking at Melody who was getting an extra bit of shine on her thank to the twilight combination on the sun and the blue ocean "don't worry I staying right here with you for the rest of my life", she said as she hugs me to relieve me of my worries "you can never imagine how happy I am", I said while a couple of tears going down my face "no I think I know", she said after letting go of the hug but still holding my hands to revival her crying face "I love you", I said "I love you too", she said before me and her kiss as the day finally turned into night.

"This is just a case of change", Melody sing before me and her stop playing and the crowd started cheering which lead me and Melody to hug each other before we go to the back "thanks for doing this Aria", she said while she looks at me with a happy face as I put my guitar in it case "you welcome now I think it time we go home", I said while I and her hold hands for the rest of happy life together.

I am so happy this story is done. It was a really fun one to write and I happy you guys enjoy it enough to see it reach over 100 views which makes me happy and thanks for the votes of R-Roxy. As for a sequel, I don't think they're going to being one at most expect a spin-off about Paige but that won't be for a while. My next story starting on the 17th of this month will all be a fanfiction story with Skyla and Elesa for pokemon gen 5 in "The Lighting Plane" and until then I say see you later folks.
