Skill Evolution
After making sure nothing was outside, Link walked out of the tent, Black Leather Arm Guards on his hands with a bow, quiver full of arrows and a hunting knife on his hip.
He slowly made his way to the giant tent. Using his new Sneak skill he barely made any noise.
"What if they don't die in there?" Link asked "Wouldn't they leave straight away if they notice the fire."
Link started looking around, seeing only corpses around, barely anything to use.
"There's nothing, I'm gonna have to stand guard here, i'll kill as many of them as i can and run if I get overwhelmed."
Link went around the Tent, lighting it on fire as he walked. He had to learn the Level 0 Chore Spells by himself, the system did not register them.
After going around it, the flames have risen up further, slowly burning with smoke reaching the sky. Link stood in front of the only entrance, his knife in his right hand, taking a fighting stance.
The Tent started crumbling, noises of things falling and loud thuds.

He can hear the Goblins inside, panicking. Messages started coming through, painting a smile on Link's face.

"This is going well, I hope it keeps it up" Said Link, still ready.

A shriek came from inside, sounding like it was getting closer and closer.
"F*ck, i jinxed it" Link said, sending Mana into his knife. It shone in a dim white light.

The exit covers were pulled back, being in flames it made a sound and sent what was already burnt onto the Goblin, closing its eyes and making it easy pray.
"You idiot" With a smooth horizontal slash, the Goblin fell, it's head gone.

Small Bodies laid in front of the tent, some had been beheaded and others cut in half. Link stood in front of the still burning tent, admiring his work, his hand on his side, blood covered the area.
"Not bad, I did better than I thought." Said Link, Putting his foot on each body and storing it in his inventory.
"I'm ok, it's just a small cut."
"Let's drop it, it went well did it not?"
After collecting all the bodies outside, Link excitedly opened his Inventory and used it to Loot the Monsters.
"Why did i get only 5 Mana Cores?" Asked Link.
"Yeah, yeah" Link pressed on a Mana Core and accepted the Consume Request.
"Nice, now that's a good skill" Said Link, Pressing the next Mana Core, Consuming it.
"What? Where's the Skill?" Asked Link, confused.
"Dammit," He said, Consuming the rest.
"Well, at least i get the Mana, that's good enough"

"I only need 150 Exp to level up again, but if they keep doubling up like that at some point i won't be able to Level Up anymore." Link continued "I should use the Stat Points"
Link didn't hesitate to add both to Agility, again.
"Yeah, the new skill seems useful, I should add 1 or 2 Points to it. Open The Skills Tab"

"This is a really good skill" Said Link, reading the Skill description again. "Add 2 Points to it."
"As I thought, the success rate became 60% and it could deflect 5 attacks. Now add 1 point to Sneak."
"Max? With only one Point?" Asked Link.
"What is this?"
"Cool, Then Yes, Evolve it"
After making sure he didn't forget anything at the spot, he walked back to the village, informing the Village Chief about the Goblins and this time he convinced him to send people there to clean up the place, just so no other monster would get attracted to it and put the village in danger.
"Link, you killed all the Goblins? What if something happened to you" Said Forl, the village chief.
"I didn't take risks, I burnt the tent they were in and killed the already weakened ones that managed to escape, it was easy" Said Link.
"Look at you, one of them managed to get a hit in, go to Rai and have her take care of that, i'll go and speak with the hunters and set up a team to go there" Said Forl.
After getting treated, Link went back home, getting scolded by his mother and father after hearing what happened.
"I thought they would be grateful, why am I getting scolded?" Link thought to himself, sitting on his bed.
"Yeah, why exactly? And you seem to be getting smarter and smoother with time"
It was getting late, Link had his dinner and went out, reassuring his parents that he was going for a walk around the village.
The truth is, he didn't want to sit there, he knew he would fall asleep and Link needed to complete the Quest to level up again, so he had no choice but to go out and wait for the new Daily Quests.

"How the hell do you know it smells" Link Continued "You didn't have to call me out like that. I was too focused on getting stronger."
