Chapter 10

Woo-sik's POV

I woke up from a really deep sleep. I was still tired from the trip. I checked my phone for notifications and to my surprise I saw that today was Hye-euns birthday. I don't know what to do. Then something came to mind. I quickly took a bath and changed into some decent clothes.

I headed out and luckily I saw the girl who Hye-eun was with when we met at the amusement park. I ran to her as a fast as I could.

Wait! I shouted.

She turned around and smiled at me.

Why are you here? She asked.

I need to ask something? I said.

Just ask. She said.

What does Hye-eun likes? I would like to give her a birthday gift. I said.

Ohh, that's easy come with me I am also on my way to buy her a gift. She said.

We went to the shopping mall

Hye-eun loves hoodies. She also likes the color pink. She said. But don't get her a hoodie she already has a ton, so the next thing she loves is plush toys, she likes cat plushies so I recommend you get her some plushies and add roses she will surely love that as a present. She said.

I got her a cat plushie the size of a teddy bear and I also got her some pink and red roses.

I met with the lady and we headed outside.

Can we throw a surprise party? I asked.

Don't worry were already ahead of you we just need to set it up. She said

We went to agency secretly so that we can prepare while Hye-eun is still practicing.

What will happen? I asked.

We will close the lights in our room and blindfold her. We will signal you when ready. Okay? She said.

I get it. I said.

We waited for the right moment and then we closed the lights. I heard them talking about the power outage then I heard someone screamed, it was probably Hye-eun. We headed to our places and we waited for Hye-eun arrived.

1...2....3 they opened the lights and removed Hye-euns blindfold. I still hid back at the storage room and once I hear the signal I will come out. I heard her scream with joy.

After a few I heard the signal and came out. The moment I stepped out of the room her eyes widened and suddenly......



-HUGS-

She hugged me out of nowhere. I felt my heart beating fast and I returned the hug to her.

I didn't think that you will be here. She said while still hugging me.

I felt tears on my chest and saw her crying. I patted her back and said.

Don't cry it's your birthday, I don't want to see you crying. Cheer up. I said.

She breaks the hug and I gave her my gift. She was so happy. I was so thankful that we made her happy.

The party finished and we tidied up and I said goodbye.

Goodbye everyone. I said.

Wait! Hye-eun said then hugged me again. Thank you, I will never forget this moment. She said.

I hugged her back and we broke the hug. I waved goodbye to everybody and headed out.

I walked home and laid in my bed.

Today was just perfect. I wish our days together will be more beautiful.

Hye-eun's POV

I woke up early and cooked breakfast for the other because today is my birthday. I was happy about today I don't know what gifts I will get. I still like gifts even at this age. I saw my unnies went down from the stairs. They sat at the table and asked.

What's with you? Is there a big celebration and you decided to cook for us. Hyun-jin unnie asked.

They didn't even remember my birthday. I finished cooking and skipped breakfast because I was too upset. I got ready and headed out of the dorm.

How can they forget my birthday? I said angrily.

I will just practice like nothing.

The practice ended and suddenly the lights turned off and I felt that I was being blindfolded.

What is happening unnies? I shouted.

Suddenly someone pushed from the back, I was so scared because I thought I was being abducted.

Finally they stopped pushing. They removed my blindfold and I saw the big Happy Birthday in front of me.

Do you think we will forget your birthday our little baby? Min-a unnie said.

I rushed towards them and hugged them. I was so happy. They brought out a cake and sang me a song.

But after the song someone got out of the storage room and I felt super happy when I saw it was Woo-sik.

My feet moved by their own and suddenly I hugged him. I felt his heart beat, it was beating like crazy.

I didn't know that you'll be here. I said

He hugged me back. I felt my tears fall down from my eyes to his chest. Then he said.

Don't cry it's your birthday. I don't want to see you cry. Cheer up. He said.

I felt the warmth of his words then I broke off the hug. He gave me his gift.

He got me a cat plushie and a bouquet of pink and red roses which are two of my favorite things.

We finished the party. I was so happy that Woo-sik came it made my birthday memorable. I saw him said goodbye so I ran to him and hugged him again. He hugged me back. And then I said.

Thank you, I will never forget this moment.

I broke off the hug and saw him leave. We cleaned up and went home. We arrived home and talked about the party.

Are you happy? Min-a unnie asked.

Yep. I said. But how did you bring Woo-sik here? I asked.

He ran to me. Min-a unnie said.

You're lucky to have a guy like him. Hyun-jin unnie said. I only worry about what will happen when our agency finds out about this. She added.

I'm also worried. I hope all things turn out well. I said.

We continued to talk until we finally decided to sleep. We all got to our rooms and slept.

I wish the agency wouldn't cause a big fuss about the two of us.
