Escape?

Gregor's head throbbed. He touched the large bump on his head and groaned. His hand came away slick with blood. Fog clouded his thoughts. Gregor looked around. He was in a dark room, with only one torch in the middle of the room that was almost out. To his left was a human skeleton, with bugs scurrying out of its eye sockets. To his right was a hunk of moldy bread. Where was Luxa? The last thing he remembered was her falling asleep on his shoulder before he woke up in this cold, dark room. The room vaguely reminded him of the dungeon Solovet had thrown him in last year. Gregor looked around, trying to gauge his surroundings but went to the moldy bread. It was disgusting. He made a mental note: Never eat rotten food ever again.

Someone came into the room. Gregor's eyes had become so accustomed to the darkness. The glaring light blinded him temporally. A rough hand forced a cloth bag on his head and punched Gregor in the stomach. Gregor folded like a hinge, and the person drove their knee into his chest. All the air got forcibly knocked out of Gregor. Gregor's Rager abilities failed him. "Who-Are-You?" He gasped. His assailant did not answer. Instead, Gregor got led down a passageway. He couldn't see anything because of the bag on his head. "At least the pain's fading away," Gregor thought. His adventures in the Underland had left him with higher pain tolerance. Gregor felt his chance. His hands were not tied, and neither were his legs. On three. Gregor counted in his head. "One, Two, Three!" he kicked the Guard in the leg, making the leg collapse. The result of this was that the Guard let go of Gregor's arm. Gregor ripped the bag off his head and made a run for it. He sprinted left, down a dimly lit cave, and stopped at an intersection. Which way should he go? One had a sign that looked like the Shell oil Symbol.

The other one had an Arrow.

Someone grabbed him from behind. As he whirled around, ready to fight or flee, Gregor noticed who it was.

"Hello," Gregor said cautiously.

He felt a sharp pain in his upper arm, and the world went black.
