Chapter 14: Thoughts And Thoughts

Kyle walks around for a bit before realizing that he has to get ready for the meeting with Eddie.

'That means I'm gonna have to go back to the room....ughhh.'

He groans and slumps his shoulders as he remembers how awkward it was back at the room. Yeah...he definitely doesn't wanna go back there.

'But I have to get ready. I can't go like this I was swimming in the pool. At least I can shower first.'

Oliver stares at the ceiling. There wasn't anything interesting about it. The once bright green paint was now a dimmer shade. Not as pretty, but still looked nice. Definitely needed a re-touch. But somehow the green reminded him of a certain boy's eyes. It was annoying, but he loved it. He could picture his beautiful, soft eyes perfectly in his mind. The way they had that certain shine when he was in the sun. And the way he tried to cover up his emotions, but his eyes gave him away right away. He found it cute. Hell, he found all of Kyle cute.

What was he saying??? He couldn't think like that! Kyle was his rival and...a guy...

Oliver never really much cared about gay relationships. Or people that were LGBTQ+. He thought people should be allowed to love who they wanted to love. Actually, now that he thought about it, he never had really cared if he dated a guy or girl actually. As long as they were in love, who cared? He had actually never been in love so he wouldn't know, but when it came to Kyle....he couldn't help it.

Kyle was perfectly perfect. Inside and out. He had a big heart and cared so much. He looked so pure, he didn't know how anyone could look at his face and want to hurt him. His big, doe like eyes were so beautiful, it was almost painful.

Oliver felt like he could say he loved him...but at the same time...love was a big word. A very big word that shouldn't be taken lightly. And shouldn't be said so easily.

"Ugh I hate this."he groaned, annoyed. His hands go up to his face and travel up to his hair.

The doorknob turns, startling him and he sits up quickly.

"Sorry I didn't mean to scare you!"Kyle's innocent voice squeaks.

"No it's fine.."Oliver says, laying back down.

"I realized I had to take a shower since we were swimming and I needed to get my stuff. Heh."Kyle chuckles nervously.

"O-oh, that's fine."

Kyle got his clothes and towel and stayed silent, not knowing what to say.

Once he was finished he says, "Alright um...you should probably take a shower, too."

"Yeah you're right."Oliver says, scratching the back of his neck and blowing his damp hair out of his face. "I'll go in after you."

"Mkay."Kyle responds and nods with a smile. He opens the door and goes outside, leaving Oliver back to his thoughts.

But, on the other side of the door, is standing a women. The same women from last time. The one with the same beautiful, but filled with pain, icy blue eyes. It was Oliver's sister.
