Dear Imena,
After I had calmed down, and Adam was checked for a concussion, I sat down with James and Adam and told them what had happened.
When I finished, I waited quietly while they processed. James looked flat out confused, and a little worried. Adam was deep in thought for a moment, then he lifted his brows in surprise.
"What is it, Adam?" I asked.
"Well, I was thinking..." he paused for a moment, the shook his head, "No that can't be it."
"What is it?" I asked again.
Adam just shook his head.
James sighed, "We don't have any ideas right now. Anything will help, just say it."
Adam got up and walked over to the bookshelf on the wall, and began scanning through the books.
"You know Queen Maia, the previous Queen of the Pisces division?" he asked.
I just looked at him. We were sitting in my office where, right behind my desk where I had been sitting, was a beautiful oil painted portrait of Queen Maia.
Adam looked at the portrait behind me. "I'll take that as a yes." he said, as he finally found the book he was looking for. He pulled out the book and handed it to me.
The title read "𝓥𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼 𝓸𝓯 𝓪 𝓠𝓾𝓮𝓮𝓷", written by an anonymous author.
"Have you ever read this book?" Adam asked.
"I read a passage from it for a class at Academy at one point." I responded.
"Well then you know what it's about, right?"
"Yes, Queen Maia allegedly had visions that took over her senses. No one could snap her out of them, they had to end on order for her to regain her senses. But we don't know if any of these visions even happened."
"What if they did? What if Maia really had visions that disconnected her from the world for a moment?"
I looked at Adam, confused. "Well, this book is true then I guess."
Adam rolled his eyes.
"Why can't you just read my mind?" he complained.
"Why can't you just say it out loud?" I shot back.
"You might have visions too!" he yelled.
It was quiet in the room for a while. All of us were on deep thought.
"Have you ever had anything like this before?" James asked, finally.
I shook my head.
"Think about it, Spirit, whatever happened out there was almost exactly was Maia described. It took over your senses; your vision, your hearing, touch, all of it." Adam said.
"But I don't remember hearing of any of hers being so dark." I said.
"Queen Maia went through a lot in her life time, but she wasn't a trihybrid, those wouldn't exist for another couple hundred years after her death. She didn't have the same pressures as you, so there wasn't any reason she would have seen anything you saw." James said.
"I guess you're right." I responded.

After making sure I would be ok on my own, both boys left my castle, making me promise to call if I had another vision.
Milo came back to the Vail that night, and I filled him in on what happened. But instead of interrogating me, he just listened, and asked if I was alright and what he could do to make me feel better.
We ended up watching movies in the main sitting room. At some point, I fell asleep, and Milo put a blanket over me and made sure I was comfortable before going to bed himself.
But the day wouldn't end that peacefully.
