Brittany Ran Away

Whatever emotions she was feeling earlier disappeared in a flash.

"Also, if anything really transpires between us I would have made sure every single thing that happened is imprinted in your memory so that you will never forget it. That's the kind of man I am," Alexander said as he continued buttoning his shirt.

Brittany climbed out of bed instantly and went to stand in front of him.

"If nothing happened then why didn't you say anything when you realised that I have misunderstood you?" Brittany asked as she leaned on the black side table.

"Also, while at it can I be bold to ask you how many women you have etched such memories on?" Brittany asked playfully to ease the tension that was created because of her accusations.

Alexander stopped what he was doing, and took two steps toward her. He bent so that his mouth was very close to her right ear. Brittany's grip on the side table tightened since she didn't know what he was up to.
