"Let me remind you what I said in case you had forgotten," Alexander grumbled. He grabbed Vincent's shoulders and dug his sharp claws into his flesh.

"I told you that my punishment for him is to see him suffer in pain until the day he dies and I came to realise not too long ago that nothing is more painful than making him hate the woman he claims to love. And I could only get this result by letting him see you for what you truly are..."

"You must think that you are the most powerful being alive at the moment, right? You believe that in this world no power could match yours huh?" Stephanie cut in rudely.

She dusted off the diet off her clothes and took her stance as if the hit and fall earlier never took place.

Vincent's eyes showed he had a lot to say but the spell Alexander cast on him rendered him momentarily dumb.
